Können das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal überaus freundlich.Bei irgendwelchen Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Den Hop-on Hop- off Bus konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im 5. Stock. Gegenüber befand sich eine Bar, die sehr laut über Nacht Musik spielte, was etwas störend war. Im WC roch es etwas.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und vielfältig auch die Auswahl der warmen, a la minute zubereiteten Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Der Lärm, gegenüber wird ein Hotel gebaut und ab 08:00 morgens gibt es laute Geräusche, die Nähe zur Long street macht das Schlafen teilweise schwierig und die Wände zu den Nachbarn sind so dünn, daß man meint die Herrschaften stehen selber im eigenen Zimmer.

Nice stay, good shuttle service in the area and good breakfast.
Pros:

Very clean, large room and comfy bed.

Cons:

The room was odd in that you could not turn on the bathroom light in the bathroom , it was a switch by the bed. Also there really was no place to hang towels by the bathroom sink.

A calm and friendly hotel in the central business district without large tour busses arriving.
Pros:

Friendly service, large room, excellent hotel dining options.

Nearby streets were dicey. We appreciated the free shuttle service.

Alles ok. Zentrale Lage. Im Uber in 10 Minuten an der Waterfront.
Pros:

Wir reisten zu zweit. Buchten eine Executive Suite früher Family Suite, damit jeder einen Raum für sich alleine hat. Bekamen diese in der 15. Etage zur ruhigen Seite - dennoch sind Ohrstöpsel für einen ruhigen Schlaf aufgrund der einfachen Verglasung zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet auch Extras aus der Karte zum Frühstück wie Eggs Benedict usw. sind bestellbar und wirklich lecker.

Es ist ein Businesshotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Generell wird viel gebaut in Kapstadt. Auch um das Hotel herum.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. ❤️
Der Pepperclub ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Aus meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen heraus, würde ich sagen sehr sehr gute 3,5 Sterne - Auf keinen Fall würde ich es mit 5 Sterne zu bewerten. Aber das liegt ja auch im Auge des Betrachters.

Wir hatten einen Nachtflug. Checkten am Morgen dennoch aus und waren nochmal unterwegs. Als wir zurück kamen, bekamen wir kostenlos ein Zimmer um uns nach dem Ausflug nochmal zu duschen und umzuziehen.

Cons:

Fenster einfach verglast.
Ausziehcouch zum Schlafen ungeeignet - zu klein und keine richtige dicke Matratze.
Keine Möbel auf dem Balkon.

Pros:

Dining, drivers and front office staff were exceptionally 👌

There was transport every 2hrs to V&A and twice daily to the beach.

Cons:

Shower was in a bathtub which was difficult to get inside. They should remove the tubs and put walk in showers.

Pros:

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was always very good and the location was Central to the waterfront and other attractions. Bar staff was very attentive and made sure to remembered favorite drinks we would definitely come again
