Pros:

Great location, very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

We found it strange that there was absolutely no cutlery, crockery, dishwashing liquid or cloths/sponges, considering the available storage in the kitchenette. We could, however, call down to the restaurant who brought up some cutlery and crockery to us.

Wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

Some staff were outstanding. Others couldn’t care less. Was clean and breakfast good

Cons:

VERY noisy at night until 4 in the morning. Had no sleep. Complained to staff who didn’t seem bothered and didn’t even try to move us rooms. One of the shuttle bus drivers was watching social media on his phone more than the road.

In a part of town that you can’t walk out of the hotel and feel safe.

Oner of the best hotels
Pros:

The room and the view were excellent. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the trip to Camps Bay; the driver was very friendly and good conversation.

Cons:

The hotel can improve on their food; I don't think it was the best I've ever had.

schönes Stadthotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Stadthotel. Lage war gut und sicher. Kurze Wege zu bekannter Einkaufsstraße und Märkte.
Pool vorhanden aber etwas klein.
Gutes Frühstück und schöne Bar über den ganzen Tag, mit der Möglichkeit für kleine Snacks.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist es teilweise sehr laut, da das Hotel auch von vielen Geschäftsreisenden genutzt wird, welche dort auch arbeiten.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, the Hotel fulfilled my request and everything was just beautiful and convenient. They also have amazing staff, everything was done with so much warmth😍 I’m definitely doing referrals, I got a proper hotel experience.

Immer zu jeder Zeit ein toller und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service und ein sauberes Zimmer.
Pros:

Die gute Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Eine Baustelle direkt vom Fenster gegenüber mit Lärm ab 07:00 Uhr früh. Das Hotel ist generell sehr hellhörig.

Perfect Intimate accommodations for our Africa Takeover
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is excellent. They communicate well before arrival trying to ensure a seamless check in . The rooms are not completely modernized. Probably a little on the older side. However; clean,comfortable, & cozy. The views are incredible. The butler who assisted us throughout our stay was very attentive, friendly and felt like family. Godfrey was his name! Absolutely, the best. Also, Ndueme was fantastic. Many others were note worthy and fantastic. Especially the young lady in the bar area with two strand twist working the night shift.

Cons:

The elevators are extremely slow. Pool needs updating.

Facilities were of a good standard and staff were very friendly. The Gym was well equipped and breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

Construction across the road but this was nullified by the excellent sound proofing.
