Pros:

Quality bed, size of room, breakfast

Cons:

Location!!! 30 min + walk to IT park, 15 min + walk to 7/11, you need taxi if you want to go nightlife, about 20 min drive. Balcony, not real balcony!?! Shower not hot! Check put staff tried to get 2000 peso because I smoked on my balcony, no signs at all fir not smoking on the balcony, that is why I take room with balcony. Ok, signs in the room, and I never smoke in room anyway. Swimming pool, where are the sunbeds?

Pros:

This is our second time staying here in Diane. The room is spacious, bed is big and comfortable, and staff are nice and welcoming. Shower pressure is always a make or break factor (the last time our shower pressure was really weak), this time the shower pressure is really good, just one problem the drain didn't properly work and the floor plan in the bathroom was not well built so the drain didn't work properly (please recheck room 3H14). Overall, it was a nice stay and will go back again! Thank you Diane.

The shower pressure was really good in our room and enjoyed a really nice calming shower, but the drain not working properly because of the floor not elevated to go to the drain area, it made it a bit frustrating and stressful. Hoping they could fix this. The room is 3H14. Thank you!

很不錯，推薦
Pros:

房間乾淨，有冷熱水瓶、衣櫃、保險箱、瓶裝水等，床很大，枕頭很多。還有一組沙發跟桌子，因為入住時太累了，我們有點餐到房間吃，肋排跟sisig不錯。
浴室有窗戶，這點很好，也有非一次性的沐浴乳、洗髮精，毛巾有擦手巾、擦臉巾跟大毛巾，吹風機有冷熱風，風力也很強。
早餐可以感覺得出旅館的用心，東西方食物都有，但只能說還有進步空間，口味上對我們來說有點過鹹，而且不知道為什麼有很多餐點是蛋糕類的甜食。用餐空間明亮、乾淨，沒什麼好挑剔的。我們比較早去，幾乎沒有其他客人，但食物都有準備好。
由於我們只有住一晚，隔天吃完早餐就去機場了，沒有在附近逛，也沒有宿霧市區的行程，所以不知道旅館位置好不好、附近方不方便。
服務人員不論是行李員、入住的櫃台人員、送餐的人員或餐廳的服務人員都很棒，讓整個入住體驗都感到很舒服。

Cons:

熱水不要開到最大，水溫才會上去喔。

Équipements et situation de l’hôtel . Possibilité de rejoindre le centre à pied. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Široka postelja, velika soba, dober samopostrežni zajtrk, bazen.

Cons:

Prevec hladno v jedilnici in na recepciji, kjer je bila temperatura klimatske naprave nastavljena na 17C - neekološko in nezdravo!

Gute Unterkunft in guter Lage mit fairem Preis :)
Pros:

- Große, komfortable Betten
- Großes Zimmer
- Gutes Frühstücksbuffet
- Schöner Pool (auch wenn dieser in die Jahre gekommen ist)
- Leckeres Restaurant mit großer Auswahl
- Gute Lage in einem guten Viertel
- Günstiger Wäscheservice (ca. 40 PHP pro Kilo)
- Kostenloses Wasser zum Nachfüllen auf dem Flur

Cons:

- Sehr Safe funktionierte leider nicht (keine Batterien?)
- Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht gut (zu klein für den Raum oder an falscher Stelle - sie kühlte den Raum so gut wie gar nicht runter)
- Es gab im Badezimmer ein Leck in der Decke, das nicht repariert werden konnte
- Wichtiger Hinweis: Wir mussten 1.000 PHP als Kaution am Anfang bezahlen und nach Check-Out wird das Zimmer überprüft, bevor wir es zurückbekommen haben
