Amazing rooms: spacious and comfortable, they even feature a small balcony. The beds are very generous in size, good mattresses. Plenty of storage space, 3 sets of towels per guest.
Good breakfast, staff was quite welcoming.
Unfortunately, absolutely disastrous management. Due to their willingness to accommodate for the guests, this property is only an 8/10 for me.
1. At the arrival we were asked for 150php/hour surcharge even if we wanted to check in earlier. At the same time, their welcoming message on booking.com clearly states that early check in is complimentary. Despite this fact, we asked if the room is ready, and it wasn’t. They will try to extort money from you the moment you step through the door without even confirming they can provide this service.
2. We requested an extra blanket (the room only had one large blanket for two people). We were immediately slapped with another charge: 300php; absolutely ridiculous for a hotel. We decided to oblige — in return we got a simple sheet, not even a comforter! When we asked for a comforter, they claimed they can’t get it because they don’t know where they are kept. We only got it the next day when the room service came.
3. The check out made us wait for 15(!) minutes so that they „check our room“. All to get your deposit of 1000php, cash only. This is an extremely bad practice for a hotel. Normally, you would think they will do it after your departure and use card transfer. We were headed for the airport, so 15 minutes of extra wait time with our luggage were clearly suboptimal.

It was well staffed, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our water heater and they came and fixed it quickly.
I wouldn’t change anything from my experience.

It was not an 8-bed dormitory. It was I think at least 30+ capsule beds in one huge room.
The foam does not fit the size of the capsule, so the right side was protruding, making it hard to sleep.
