The view from the rooftop,
The breakfast was very little and not much choices, the staffs mostly don't understand English, the bathroom was dark, the King size bed is really small, unlike the usual king size bed in other hotels, the size of the room is smaller than what was stated in the property description

Everything was wonderful — the hotel offers a very comfortable, vintage ambiance that creates a lovely environment. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely; they made our stay even more enjoyable. If you wake up early, you can catch a glimpse of hot air balloons from the veranda of the hotel. Overall, we had a truly excellent experience during our stay

We got very fast and good transfer reservations.
Our room was too dark - we couldn't even see the photos we received from the trip. At the booking it is written that we could pay with a card, but really the terminal didn't work, we were not warned about that and paid all our cash finally. Also communication was made by Google translate, nobody knows English or Russian.
This was a brilliant place to stay, Hassan and all the staff were lovely and helpful making us feel instantly welcomed. The room was amazing with a brilliant view of Uchisar Castle and the hot air balloon silhouettes against the sunrise early in the morning. Breakfast was also great and we found it a great base for exploring cappadocia on foot. Would definitely recommend!!
