非常に気に入っており1年ぶり2回目の利用
Pros:

部屋は非常に清潔感があり、広さも十分。冷房もよく効く。スタッフの愛想や親切さにはムラがあるが、全員にホスピタリティを求める価格帯でもないので問題ない。
他の地域に旅行に行く際にはスーツケースを預かってもらえた。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱く、安定しない。また、トイレとの仕切りに隙間があるのかトイレ側の床が良く濡れる（仕切りがあるだけありがたいが）。
問い合わせやメッセージが確認されていないか、スタッフ間で連携がされていないようなので特別なリクエストが発生する場合はお勧めしない。タシケントを拠点に複数回別の都市に旅行に行く予定だったため、荷物預かりの可否と料金について予約前に3~4回、予約後も宿泊期間含めて3~4回ほどbooking.com、WhatsApp経由で連絡した。しかし一度も返信が返ってくることはなく、連絡を認識しているスタッフもいなかった。その時々の受付担当の判断で預かってもらえたものの、タシケントに戻った時にいくら請求されるのか、次に別都市に行く際にも預かってもらえるのかを不安に思いながら旅をすることになった。結果的には追加料金を求められることなく、預かってもらうことができた。

Good and clean
Pros:

The rooms are good, clean and new. Location is good . Near grocery , restaurant is there. And just 20 min drive to city.
I liked this hotel. Mainly one of the staff in reception is very kind . Actually our checkout time is 12 pm but as we have to keep our luggage Nd leave to airport at 3 pm, he allowed us the room till 2:30 that was very helpfull for us.
