Noise is too much being by the road. The unit faces the road on the second floor. The insolation is non-existent. I was woke up daily by a Church Bell, Vehicles and motorbike traffic and an annoying Taho guy. It's not a bad thing for him to sale in front of the building but the loud chants starting at 6:30-7 am was a little much. He was there most of the day. The unit had two fans but no heater and it was extremely cold at night getting down to 9 C. We froze. Lucky we brought a quilt as the blankets provided did not suffice, A portable heater would be a nice addition to the unit.

The unit had a personal hot water heater in the shower but it only got Luke warm. The water is extremely cold in Baguio due to the low temps. To overcome this, I heated water in the Kettle and poured it in the bucket in the shower.

The power was out from 0700 am until 5 PM on Friday. It was a scheduled outage but notice was not given to guests, guards, or security until 9 am on Friday. When the power went out, I was told by maintenance and security it was unscheduled which was wrong. The unit owner of our condo blamed the Condo association which is still unsatisfactorily. There was time to post the outage throughout the building and I should have been notified on check-in, the day prior. Prior notice was not given in advance even though it was scheduled. I had to inform security and maintenance at 0900 on Friday they still weren't informed.. That should show this Condo association does not care about it's owners or their Guests. I'd recommend avoiding Brent Hill until further notice. At least, until the Condo association gets their act together, You've been warned.

1. When I came, the guard was asking for an endorsement letter in which I was told prior by my host that it was already given to the guard. Apparently, it was given a long time ago when I booked my stay and it wasn’t endorsed properly. What worst is that they won’t allow me to enter my unit despite showing them my booking details and confirmation number. The host can’t be reached for almost an hour. If he didn’t answer my phone call, I would resort to booking a walk in stay in the unit and pay for that again which is crazy!!! I was so tired from my trip and I arrived at around 9pm and got checked in at around 11pm which is unacceptable. They gave all the responsibilities to the guard which isn’t their job. I just hope they have a 24hour competent receptionist. Also, my host was not even apologetic of the discomfort it caused me.
2. The internet connection was way too slow. There were 2 days that they don’t have internet connection so I missed my zoom meeting. There was no back up plan for that. Also, even if I use my data, it couldn’t reach the unit. I wasn’t happy of that.
3. There was one time that we didn’t have water supply and there was prior notice about the incident. Imagine having no water supply. Plus, the water in the bathroom was so slow as well. Literally, I have to wait for the pale to be filled up. Moreover, the heater isn’t working and if you use the shower, there is only little amount of water coming out from it. It couldn’t even wash your hand.
4. The tiles in the bathroom are very slippery. It’s not safe to all ages. I slipped once and almost for a couple of times. There was no handling rails inside the bathroom. Imagine that I booked this one for work and leisure but it gave me injury and so much stress.
5. The light in the kitchen isn’t working. The host didn’t gave me the key for the lock of the room (inside with bed).

The property has a few maintenance issues. Broken tap, toilet seat, light bulb, etc. The shower didnt work properly, cold most of the time and then scalding hot. No hot water from either sinks. Apartment is on 2nd floor and faces the front road, there is a motorbike vendor selling food at 6am and shouts very loud - waking everyone up.

I was actually generally satisfied with my stay. Although, just a few minor concerns...
- The fitted sheet didn't actually fit the mattress, leaving the mattress slightly bare when I wake up and had to rearrange the sheets
- I wished there was a mini bar soap or hand soap available in the bathroom

These are just minor things and I wouldn't even be bothered by these, to be honest. And I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again when I get back.

The unit has molds but was resolve when requested to be cleaned.

Horrible place, don’t waist your money!
I rented unit 204 for 1 week and I had to leave after the first night.
The place stinks! It smells with mold! I tried to open everything and get some fresh air, but it didn’t help with this smell.
I opened a wardrobe and I found dirty pillows covered with mold.
The towels looked grey, but ones I am sure they were white, but long time ago.
And this place was very cold. I slept fully dressed and also in my winter jacket, but still I got so cold, that I woke up feeling sick.
Of course there was no hot water! What can I expect from this place?!
So, I had to look for another place, I had to pay again, because this place is awful for staying.
I am going to request for the refund!

Kitchen utensils are incomplete. No induction cooker. And we slept on the couch because the bedsheet has a stain, i think the bedsheet was not changed before we checked in.

We waited for 2 hours before check in. Not sure whose at fault. but i suggest put local number on the details so guest can contact the host. Or atleast send an email to guest on what will be the room number or name of the unit owner to have a smooth check in. imagine being tired for the long hours of travel and you still have to wait because it as per the guard there's no endorsment letter. Also, the cabinet has an unpleasant odor so we cant hang our clothes.

I think description should be updated booked the place since I’m a fan of bathtub bad sadly there is non and kitchenette are not complete. Another thing the room was 204 and you have to contact sir Gody better to inform the guest a day before to whom to reach out. So basically once you booked the place just inform the guard that it’s under sir Gody

There’s no waiting area for guests, if you are going to this condominium earlier than your check in time then you have to wait standing in front of the entrance.

Furniture has a smell on it.
The bed is very hard, not foamy and only provided 2 small blankets.
No stove for cooking which was indicated on the description upon booking.
