Отель новый, очень чисто. Красивая территория. Расположен недалеко от центра. Завтраки хорошие.

Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось. Отель новый, современный и очень уютный. Территория красивая, ухоженная и располагает к спокойному отдыху. Особенно хочется отметить тишину — здесь действительно можно расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом.

Номер всегда был чистым благодаря качественной уборке, персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Остались только самые приятные впечатления от пребывания.

С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, спокойствие и высокий уровень сервиса!

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel im Herzen von Kutaisi
Pros:

Sehr sauber und außerordentlich große Zimmer, mit viel Komfort. Die Außenanlagen ist wirklich wunderschön. Stilvoll und elegant. Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker.

Great location and a welcome stay.
Pros:

Great central location to walk to the centre of town, where there are multiple good restaurant options.
The room and floor we occupied was newly renovated, but clearly not completed yet. Hotel is however super-clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and a fairly nice breakfast is on offer.

Cons:

The renovation of the room we occupied was clearly not completed yet. Despite a large open area, there were no comfortable seating provided in the room. A few more planned amenities and comforts were not installed yet, letting us feel like we're paying for a fully appointed room, but getting an incomplete one.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a slightly quieter part of the city which we really liked. A short 10 minute walk and you reach the main square of the city. There is private parking for the hotel and everything looks like it was built a moment ago. The staff is lovely and very friendly, they even came to meet us and upgraded our room because there was no baby cot left. The rooms are very spacious and large. And the whole hotel is extremely clean.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was excellent, the selection was completely satisfactory and it was the richest breakfast I had in Georgia on our trip.

Когда мы пришли на завтрак персонал не поздоровался с нами, и не попрощался, когда мы уходили. Также когда мы выселялись
Cons:

В номере будто пахло кошками. Смеситель на раковине очень сильно скрипит. Завтрак был плох, в салате курица сильно сухая, её невозможно было жевать, яичница выглядела очень не привлекательно. В общем не очень хорошее впечатление произвел шведский стол.

Pros:

Красиво в лобби и во дворе. По запросу предоставили дополнительную подушку. Комплимент от отеля в виде тарелки сухофруктов. Бесплатная парковка.

Cons:

Номер простой. Был запах канализации. Штора частично оборвана, что не позволяло зашторить окно до конца. Из трех бутылок с водой одна была открыта и наполовину наполнена. И самое неприятное - это когда в 2 часа ночи заселялалась группа взрослых и они достаточно долго шумели в коридоре.
