Когда мы пришли на завтрак персонал не поздоровался с нами, и не попрощался, когда мы уходили. Также когда мы выселялись

В номере будто пахло кошками. Смеситель на раковине очень сильно скрипит. Завтрак был плох, в салате курица сильно сухая, её невозможно было жевать, яичница выглядела очень не привлекательно. В общем не очень хорошее впечатление произвел шведский стол.

Красиво в лобби и во дворе. По запросу предоставили дополнительную подушку. Комплимент от отеля в виде тарелки сухофруктов. Бесплатная парковка.

Cons:

Номер простой. Был запах канализации. Штора частично оборвана, что не позволяло зашторить окно до конца. Из трех бутылок с водой одна была открыта и наполовину наполнена. И самое неприятное - это когда в 2 часа ночи заселялалась группа взрослых и они достаточно долго шумели в коридоре.

Cons:

I didn't notice the blackout curtains were only half-open after checking in, and the staff didn't inform me. I only discovered the problem before going to bed because the outside lights were very bright. I asked the hotel if I could change the room, but the front desk was very rude and said that this was the room I chose and they couldn't change it.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.
Zimmer sind groß.

Cons:

Im Bad hat es leider ziemlich nach moderig gerochen.
Nach dem Auschecken wird erst das Zimmer inspiziert, dann darf man gehen (hatte einen kleinen Beigeschmack).
Ein bißchen Renovierung täte auch gut.

Lovely clean hotel at very good price
Pros:

The property was quite central. It was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. They offer free parking onsite. I left a pair of jeans behind and the property arranged for a taxi to bring them to the airport which was very kind of them.

המיקום נהדר, קרוב למרכז, ברובע העתיק היהודי, סמוך לבית כנסת. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, יש חניה, שמים כל יום מים בחדר.
