Очень отзывчивый персонал, сервис на уровне!
Сам отель новый с красивой ухоженной территорией, каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Большие просторные номера, очень тихо вокруг! Нам дали дополнительные низкие подушки по запросу. Также зонт в дождливый день. Хорошие и разнообразные завтраки, вода в номерах и чайник с чаем.

Cons:

Всё было отлично! Единственное я бы добавила зеркало в номерах. Но это такая мелочь)

Városlátogató kirándulás bázisaként tökéletes választás.
Pros:

A szálloda a város szívétől egy kényelmes (5 perces) sétára volt. Nagyon kulturáltan kialakított kert és előtér, elegáns, és kényelmes szobák. A személyzet kedves és együttműködő. Visszautazáskor a repülőtérre hajnali fél 2-kor kellett elindulni, ennek ellenére még hajnalban is volt recepciós aki kiengedett bennünket. A reggelinél mi voltunk 3-an az egész , gyönyőrűen kialakított étteremben, ennek ellenére bőséges választék, meleg ételek álltak rendelkezésünkre.

Ilyen nem volt !

Quite at night, spacious parking, pleasant territory, comfortable bed

Cons:

The location is a bit not beautiful around. The bathroom is small and the shower is not isolated properly , so water is everywhere after taking a shower.

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is impeccably clean, the rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I honestly haven’t slept this well in a hotel before, and I’m quite a picky traveler. Everything feels brand new and beautifully renovated, and the entire place has the charm and elegance of a castle rather than a typical hotel. Truly a memorable experience.

Очень хороший отель 🏨
Pros:

Мой любимый отель в Кутаиси.
Останавливаюсь каждый раз когда вылетаю из Аэропорта Кутаиси. Новые чистые номера после ремонта, стабильный интернет для работы удаленно, комфортный матрас, хороший завтрак (блинчики потрясающие), безопасная парковка на территории, где можно оставить автомобиль. Отзывчивый персонал, который решить любой вопрос моментально. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Gepflegtes Ambiente
Pros:

Bequemer Parkplatz, günstige Lage nahe der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, kleiner Schrank, keine Badablagen. Bis tief in die Nacht Baustellenlärm und Krach von Hotelgästen.
