Totaal was het een beetje tegengevallen.

Het bed/matras en de douche was goed.

Het hotel ligt helemaal achteraan dus je moet 6 km over een zandpad ik had een basic kamer voor 130 usd!! wat inhield een soort van bouwkeet die ze achter het hotel hadden neergezet, een stuk of zes. Dit verwacht ik niet voor die prijs, je kan voor een meer schappelijke prijs beter in een van de vele anderen hotels langs het meer zitten.
Ook waren de kamers wel heel erg eenvoudig, er was zelfs geen glas aanwezig om je mond te spoelen of een pil in te nemen.

Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, los platos en general y la comida muy buenos. La chica que nos atendió en recepción fue bastante atenta.

Cons:

En otros lugares similares el personal (camareros etc) son más atentos e incluso se presentan primero, aquí tenías que acercarte a ellos en vez de ellos ir a servirte y a que te tomen nota.
El servicio de transporte abusa un poco, de las instalaciones al Congo te cobran 30$, nosotros llegamos del mismo lugar con Uber por 8$, en conclusión, se aprovechan un poco de que están alejados y es lugar de turista extranjero (al volver es más recomendable ir en un bus que está al lado andando cinco minutos)

Check in included a waiver that the guests would not bring in outside food or beverages.

Vacaciones de fin de año en familia
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda, afortunadamente nos alojamos en una con vista al lago y eso favoreció nuestra estancia, aunque solo tenía screens y no blackouts, lo que hacía molesto el sol en el día y robaba privacidad hacia el interior por la noche. En general todo el personal es bastante amable, la comida estuvo bien y aunque las instalaciones son pequeñas, tiene una piscina agradable y una bonita salida al lago con un muelle bastante amplio y adecuado. Tienen algunas actividades para hacer en el lago. Considero que es una buena opción para una sola noche.

Cons:

Booking gestionó mal nuestra reserva y aunque llené los campos para 2 adultos y 2 niños (incluyendo sus edades), los obvió en la confirmación que hizo con el hotel; escribí al respecto directamente al hotel con suficiente anticipación antes de mi llegada y no atendieron mi consulta, se comunicaron pero para ofrecerme servicios extras, no para responderme al respecto. Cuando llegué se cerraron totalmente a escuchar mi argumento, aun cuando la tarifa pagada y el tipo de habitación era para 4 personas, me cobraron extra por los dos niños, afortunadamente no fue gran cosa y siempre mantuvieron el tono amable. El camino para llegar al hotel está bastante malo, en invierno sería intransitable. Considero el precio un poco alto para lo que el hotel ofrece, una habitación sin vista al lago no valdría tanto la pena.

View from lake room amazing!

Cons:

For the money we paid, I felt that we were being treated to cautiously almost idk.
- checked room before we left ? Why what would be take bed ?! Tv?!
- charges $5 for the mini fridge and is locked- just weird- wants deposit ok but do it a check in not after we comfortable
- only gave one robe- two people
-We had hard time finding at night because we did not recognize the moon pattern on the sign
- but some bamboo divided up on patio dividing the lake view rooms so you don’t view your neighbor sitting on patio
