Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi bir noktada ve her yere kolaylıkla ulaşılabilecek mesafedeydi

Konumu ve temizliği iyiydi

Cons:

Çok soğuktu, 3 odalı dairede sadece salonda klima vardı. Banyodaki petek yanmıyordu. En üst kata asansör çıkmıyordu, geldiğimizde bavulları taşımaya yardım eden bir görevli vardı ancak çıkarken yoktu ve bavulları kendimiz indirmek zorunda kaldık.

Nie wieder, nicht zu glauben wie hier mit Gästen umgegangen wird.
Cons:

Zugesagte Leistungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Personal unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit bei Fernsehproblemen, erst wenn man richtig Druck macht. Verkleidung an der Decke im Bad schlecht befestigt und runtergefallen. Zugesagte Erstattung wurde nicht vorgenommen. Weder eine Antwort auf direkte Anfrage zur noch über Booking!!

El departamento del ultimo piso es un desastre, sucio, sin mantenimiento, el baño se inunda, hay solamente un equipo de aire caliente que no llega a las habitaciones, extremadamente sucio, el ascensor no llega 1 piso mas abajo como describe,, sino hay que caminar 2 pisos por una escalera en mal estado y oscura, hay una heladera que no enfria, las cortinas con agujeros, la instalacion electrica con cables colgando, las sabanas manchadas.Los colchones vencidos y con una colchoneta encima, mugre de los anteriores debajo de las camas, alfombras y tapizados roñosos.
No se por que el titulo de Hotel Boutique, y el precio. Nunca tuve una experiencia tan mala.
