We enjoyed a quiet 2-night stay in a homey environment. Substantial cooked veggie breakfast. Power shower with lots of hot water. Very clean. Ample free parking. Location was good for us.

Had a great stay at Enchanting Haven and Joanna was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The house was beautiful & the location was absolutely stunning,,, Joanna the host was absolutely lovely nothing was to much trouble,,, she was very easy to talk to we would definitely stay there again,, her home is immaculate the bed was so comfortable you feel like you have made a friend with Joanna she was very warm & welcoming,,,

We liked everything
We got given a room. Went to an event came back at 5 in the morning and there was a group of reenegers drinking and taking drugs in the very room we were meant to be staying in... and they expected us to stay there still... we phoned police in complete confusion and somhow they are refusing a refund. Absolutely crazy and we are taking this further. All we want was our money back for the worst experience we have ever had.
The worst experience of our life. And was left to walk the street freezing.

No outside light . No TV in room. Cold . Wi-fi not obvious.
Lovely converted property in a quiet Cul-de-sac. Very clean and well organised. Can have use of the well equipped kitchen. Very friendly host and was given a free upgrade. Would stay again and highly recommend.
From the moment I arrived soaked after a long walk and was provided with a cup of tea, the welcome and care continued for the whole stay. Breakfast is optional and arranged flexibly in advance - and was lovely. A comfortable, quiet refuge. Highly recommended.

Excellent friendly service. Very helpful and kind. It was clean. Cooking was great with a nice easy going atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. Very high standards all round. I would recommended it.

The property was clean and very homely. It felt like visiting family that’s how welcoming the host, Joanna, is! Jo was extremely attentive and helpful with recommendations and takes a genuine interest in your trip. Very well decorated with beautiful artwork with lots of small details that are appreciated. Excellent location for the event we attended and delicious breakfast which I would recommend opting in for! I will be back again for sure and would strongly recommend people to stay.

I will be honest in an attempt to be helpful.
1. Lovely host.
2. House was immaculate.
3. Quiet neighbourhood.
This is meant to allow a good property to get to be a great property.
1. The listing said each room had a bathroom .. incorrect. It could be a matter of what the listing had meant to say vs. what it actually said. The shared bathroom was lovely. But it was a shared bathroom. There was a downstairs WC.
2. This can be more of a dealer's choice but for me the bed in our was too soft and my back was hurting. The wife said she didn't have a problem with the softness of her bed. As I said, dealer's choice.
3. A suggestion for improvement: the little platform to the front door was narrow and no railing. A railing could be easily fixed.
4. Parking was awkward in my opinion. If all 5 rooms were filled with drivers, people could be blocking each other in.
Clean and luxurious. Lovely surrounding very comfy bed. Cute cat in the grounds too
Wasn’t aware it was a shared bathroom. Didn’t feel I could use the kitchen. No TV (but not necessarily a bad thing)
