Perfekt für Kurztrip
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal - direkte Altstadtlage :) Mit dem Bus für 1,50€ vom Airport in die Stadt

Nächstes Mal kein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss - ziemlich laut

The glory days of this hotel are clearly over. It is in need of urgent refurbishment. The room was not cleaned properly - dust hanging from TV and nut shells under the bed. I booked this hotel for my business partners, because they had been staying there before and liked it a lot; next time will definitely book another hotel.

Pros:

Location was close to almost everything and the rooftop restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast very poor, facilities in bedroom poor and only for the mattresses topper on the bed it would have been very uncomfortable.

Never again. Can’t recommend. People with reduce mobility stay away from it.
Pros:

Location is excellent. And that’s it.

Cons:

Hotel claims it has 4 stars. Maybe on terms year 2002 it was. If you have a bit reduced mobility, let’s say you struggle with stairs, in this case you cannot do anything in this hotel. To reach lobby from street - stairs.
To reach breakfast , technically located on ground floor, you have to use stairs.
And there is no support for that. Yes there is lift at property, but to reach lift - you have to climb stairs.
Lift. Possibly slowest lift I ever use in my life.
Rooms are small and soundproof are poor.
If you open your suitcase that’s means you have no chances to get across the room other than that you jump on your bed. There are no bathrobe or slippers in your your room. There is no iron or steamer available. TV on the wall is small and old.
There is no usb sockets available in my room. Ok maybe I ask too much from four star hotel, but how about sockets next to bed? There is none! Bed side tables is tiny. On good day you can find space for room key and your phone and that’s it. And because there is no extra sockets you can’t charge your phone next to your bed.
Top of the list of things what was out of my understanding.
Cleaners didn’t see chewing gum on bathroom lampshade. All technology in room is so old that plastic parts are start becoming yellow. And if hotel like to claim four stars - maybe it’s worth update? In year 2026 to see desk phone next to your bed with fax number on it - more than weird. Hotel with 4 stars has no one at the lobby overnight! Doors is locked, but KEY FOR THE ROOM is free to take by ANYONE!

Sijainti on aivan loistava.

Cons:

"Tilavaksi" mainostettu huone, jossa piti olla "nojatuolit" ja "oleskelualue", oli todellisuudessa todella pieni huone, jossa oli tasan yksi yhtään minkäänlainen tuoli. Ei sinne olisi toista mahtunutkaan. Aamiainen keskiverto.
