Pros:

Location was fantastic. Filtered water was a great bonus and Anna on reception was amazing with great knowledge about where to go and see she was so helpful.

aamiainen oli riittävä, maksoi erikseen € 12 ( muistaakseni, )sijainti paras mahdollinen, hiljainen paikka, aivan keskustassa, vanha rakennus, joten kaikki huoneet eivät sovellu liikunta kyvyttömile,

Cons:

olen niin tottunut asumaan hotelleissa, aina löytyy ratkaisu. huoneet viidennen kerroksen vanhalla puolella ovat siinä mileessä huonot, että oven läpi kuuluu käytävälle keskustelut, mutta ei siinä juuri paljon puhuta, ehkä 30 sekunttia ja taas on rauhallista

Nice Old Town Hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of old town but on a quiet side street. The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The hotel also has a nice rooftop terrace with a lovely view.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast needs some training. We didn't get a single 'good morning' during the entire stay. Also on multiple occasions we witnessed other guests having to tell the staff that certain items had run out or to clear tables of dirty dishes.

Cons:

Nuvykus sužinojome, kad mums nepriklauso kambarys, kury užsakėme. Vietoj to skyrė mažą kambary su dviem atskiromis lovomis, prastu vaizdu pro langą ir blogu kvapu kambaryje nuo kanalizacijos. Žinoma mes jo atsisakėme ir teko greitai ieškotis kito varianto. Gaila, kad apie tokius dalykus administracija neinformuoja, kol tu dar nesi nuvažiavęs kelis šimtus km. Nerekomenduoju.

Pros:

The reception staff were courteous and friendly and helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good!
The room.was dark enough to sleep and there was no street noise which was a blessing as Riga can be noisy at night in the old town.

Cons:

I didn't like being woken by cleaning staff chatting in the landing area near my room. I had late nights so wanted to sleep later hence I hadn't booked breakfast.
I didn't like the coffee that was provided in the room...it was a cheap sachet and included milk and sugar in the sachet and I only drink black coffee.
