Great views from the room and rooftop swimming pool!
Pros:

Brand new hotel in the heart of Kathmandu, rooms modern and spacious, views on high floors are stunning, rooftop swimming pool is amazing with good food and even sushi in the bar. Enjoyed our 5 days stay there while working in Kathmandu. Breakfast menu is very vast, with live flute and very attentive personnel. Thank you for everything and would love to stay again!

Cons:

You can’t open any window in the room, but that’s because of high floor probably - I am fresh air lover but for others it’s not really a minus as air condition works just perfect!

The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic — very efficient, professional, and friendly. I was extremely happy with their service.

The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Kathmandu, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The energy of the entire hotel felt radiant and uplifting — light, bright, and deeply welcoming. Every member of the staff was kind and attentive, creating an atmosphere of warmth and care.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast — without a doubt, the best in Kathmandu. I was graciously greeted each morning by Chef Machindra, Executive Chef Sushmit, Rabin, and Babu, who went out of their way to encourage me to try new dishes I might not have chosen myself. Every dish was a delight to the palate and a testament to the culinary passion and professionalism of the team.

In fact, based on my wonderful experience in Kathmandu, I chose to book my next stay at the Hilton in Bangkok. While perfectly adequate, it simply did not compare to the outstanding hospitality, food, and vibrant energy I experienced at Hilton Kathmandu.

My heartfelt thanks to the entire team — you’ve set a new standard for excellence.
