Just ok, not worth the price
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful
Always happy to assist with anything needed.
The location is walking distance to the main area (pub street and night market) but in a side street (about two minutes walk to the closest sidewalk 😅) and five minute walk from a 7-11.
The pool was nice and refreshing.

Cons:

The entrance is through a hidden spot at the end of a parking lot, at the corner of two houses. And was hard to see when first arriving. (Even grab drivers and deliveries had a hard time finding the place)
The room we booked was on the third floor with no elevator so we needed to downgrade to a much smaller room on the first floor.
The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy,
There was mold in the shower and the bathtub didn't look clean.
The doors don't close all the way so mosquitoes were able to enter even with closed doors.

There is a kids playground right next door that is very loud until after 8 PM.

All in all the pictures and everything on the site was misleading and it is not worth the money

The stay was good and the location is accessible, you can walk to the pubstreet
Pros:

The staff we're super friendly, they were trying to help us the best way they can even though there is some language barrier. The only thing is the AC, it's comfortable but nit cold enough but I think that's a normal thing in Cambodia, but the staff brought us a fan for extra comfort

Pros:

Very big room and bed with good AC, a large bathroom with a tub, functioning wifi, nice overall hotel aesthetic with a swimming pool, really nice and caring staff.

Cons:

Shower lacked temperature control but considering it was 40 degrees outside it was not a big deal!

Very Luxury Hotel, budget price.
Pros:

EVERYTHING was Amazing. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Shower and bath great. Pool area amazing and pool very cold. Drinks available, very kind staff. they offer 7pm check out for 50% rate, great for sleeper buses. Best hotel we’ve stayed in.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Chheng Residence! The room was very spacious, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the value for money was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambodia
