Disappointing compared to previous visits

Location is close to the beach and shops.

Cons:

When selecting our room, the photographs of the room offered were a corner unit with an ocean view, as per the booking photograph. The room we were allocated was completely different. Unfortunately, our stay this time was not up to the high expectations of cleanliness of previous visits.

Lovely roomy apartment, excellent views, heated pool great for babies
Pros:

Great big room, lovely kitchen and living area, heated pools were the best, nice sauna, close to shops

Cons:

Apartment was great! Just got a weird email and text the week before going saying to pay via a link (through the booking.com website and chat system), but we’d already paid via the website. Think booking.com may have been hacked

Didn’t look anything like the pictures. Out dated . No coffee machine . No welcome water bottles . .. REALLY bad smelling cushions which were put on bed 🤮and sand underneath couch .. cleaners need to get there act together..had to get sheet off cleaners because of the BO smell on couch. View was interrupted by cement top of buildings in front. Make sure you go past 7 th story to get view without looking at roof tops. Couldn’t get tv as foxtell wasn’t working . Common complaint on these apartments.. just a dissatisfying and disappointing stay and we travel a lot

We always enjoy our time staying It’s so relaxing and we enjoy the getaway

We loved the view and felt very comfortable. We were happy to be close to a good restaurant for meals

As one of us had some difficulty in the bathroom but we made it work. We had to put a towel on the floor when showering so we didn’t slip

A wonderful mid-week break in gorgeous accommodation.
Pros:

I loved the location - close to the beach, shopping plaza, local businesses. The unit itself was modern with a beach-vibe; clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. Great facilities; the pool / spa / sauna area was really beautifully looked after. The BBQ area was clean, comfortable and large enough for a few families to enjoy without feeling cramped. The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful, they were really sweet. Patte, who looked after the rooms, did a beautiful job in presenting the unit for the incoming guests - I felt very welcome.

Cons:

Nothing - I loved it and will definitely stay again.
