There was rubbish under the couch, and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom of the penthouse was noisy. Im very fussy but there needs to be a king bed in the penthouse.

We had a delightful time!
Pros:

The location is spectacular. The view is completely wonderful! The apartment was well designed and spacious. It had everything we could possibly need.

Cons:

There appeared to be some gaps in the windows which caused a lot of whistling sounds from the wind. To be fair, though, there was some wild weather at times so maybe nothing can be done about it.

Clean and tidy, excellent location.

Cons:

Can see the property is starting to age. Few cracks showing. Due to the high wind, became quite noisy as seals were wearing out in doors.

Have stayed here before the markets are the best around.

Cons:

Having no hot water when we needed to have showers on three occasions. Time for a bit of love n care - stain on carpet at entry looks very 3 star quality.

Despite some of our criticisms we did enjoy our stay
Pros:

The view was lovely. The decor of the room was modern and comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen accoutrements.
One downside of the room was that the carpet was looking pretty tired and possibly needed replacing.

Cons:

Although we were asked to dispose of our rubbish away from the unit, we were not given any indication as to where there were any bins in which to do so. We resolved to take it home with us but in the end dropped it into a wheelie bin on the street.
