The bed was not up to par. No breakfast. Heat/AC worked but seemed inefficient.

Slechte/geen service of communicatie: er was een set handdoeken te weinig. Men heeft niet gereageerd op ons bericht daarover. Uiteindelijk zelf opgelost door set uit andere kamer te halen. Ook problemen met wifi/traag internet. Ook op onze vraag daarover geen enkel antwoord gehad. Betreft de lokatie: wij waren er in september; dan is bijna alles dicht en is het allemaal wat troosteloos rond het huis.

Sauberkeit: Das Appartement war nicht gründlich geputzt. Im Bad gab es Flecken am Spiegel, in Küche und am Tisch waren Oberflächen nicht sauber gewischt und das Geschirr musste komplett nachgespült werden.
• WLAN: Internet funktioniert oft schlecht oder gar nicht, auf der Veranda hat man bereits keinen Empfang mehr.
• Stromsteuerung: Die Elektrizität wird durch Bewegungsmelder geregelt. Nach kurzer Zeit ohne Bewegung schaltet sich alles ab – auch Klimaanlage und Steckdosen. Besonders nachts störend, da die Klimaanlage ständig ausgeht.
• Stromausfall: Ein längerer Ausfall betraf nur die Villa (ca. 12–20 Uhr). Zunächst erklärte der Vermieter es mit Netzproblemen in der Region, was aber nicht zutraf. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme kam er vorbei, behob das Problem und entschuldigte sich mehrfach.
• Kommunikation: Infos vom Vermieter waren lückenhaft. Eine Gästemappe mit wichtigen Hinweisen fehlte, vieles musste nachgefragt werden. Da die Kommunikation nur telefonisch oder per WhatsApp möglich war und niemand vor Ort war, gestaltete sich das mühsam – zusätzlich erschwert durch Sprachbarrieren.
• Privatsphäre: Das Nachbarzimmer war nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür mit Spalt getrennt. Man hörte fast alles hindurch, was zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung führte.

Bisognerebbe gestire meglio il self check-in in quanto una volta saputo il codice della propria stanza vale per tutte le altre… cioè facilmente intuibile! Se si chiude invece a chiave, la donna delle pulizie non ha la possibilità di accedere alla stanza. Nella nostra stanza tripla vista mare, non funzionava la lavatrice e anche se ho scritto al proprietario non mi ha mai risposto. Inoltre, la pecca più grande è che il ns appartamento era suddiviso da un altro appartamento da una semplice porta scorrevole e quindi si sentiva tutto, ma quando dico tutto, proprio TUTTO! Infatti i vicini ci hanno bussato perché parlavamo normalmente tra di noi e loro non riuscivano a dormire… cioè assurdo! Insonorizzate per favore questi appartamenti di “carta”! Un vero peccato perché la struttura sarebbe anche carina e il prezzo pagato è anche alto rispetto alla media. Inoltre, se uno cucina ovviamente anche gli odori si sentono nella stanza accanto. Per non parlare del fatto che l’ultimo giorno c’erano degli ospiti accanto con una neonata…

No fault of the hosts but we only stayed one night as part of a biking travel holiday and needed to be up early for our next destination but we had a group of lads in the room next to us chatting until 3:30am. As there was a door between our room and theirs we were kept away by the chat and the light under the door.

Nous avions un appartement côté montagne qui donne en fait sur les voisins qui sont en surplomb avec vue directe. Il serait judicieux de limiter la visibilité (haie plantées mais encore trop basses),
le ménage et le ramassage des poubelles à améliorer.

The staff, well one woman that we encountered was veryyyy rude and intrusive. We had to change rooms on our second day and were waiting for the man we spoke on the phone with to call us and let us know which room we had to move to. From 9am, this woman kept walking past our room and looking in, at first I thought it’s a curious guest. Then we went out to have breakfast and came back around 10-10:30am and she was in the garden, again staring at us very strangely. Then after like 10-15 minutes she comes at our door, knocking loudly and starts saying like oh check out is max at 10 and when are you planning to leave. Basically kicking us out but checkout is clearly at 11am on booking. Anyways we didn’t say anything to her, took our stuff and asked her which room should we move to? She made a call and guided us to the next room. After an hour of settling in the room she comes by and enters our room to pick up something from the laundry. She asked for permission but I mean come on!!!

Shower in big apartment was a uncomfortable, one tv was not working (and not fixed before our departure), we had to ask to get a second roll of toilets paper and more coffee.
