Comfortabel hotel, mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon (ons appartement had 2 balkons), vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende wellness. Goed ontbijt. Mooi locatie.

We were welcomed by staff as soon as we approached the hotel, and staff was extremely helpful, available to our need and timely in their intervention. There were many unexpected complementary items, which demonstrated the desire of the hotel to please its visitors. The SPA centre is small, but very clean and well equipped, the quality of the linen and towels fit for a 5star hotel. The level of service and quality of the restaurant also surprised us positively both at dinner and breakfast, and the overall atmosphere everywhere was welcoming, non invasive and cured in every detail. The position of the residence is also excellent - outside the centre, but within an easy walking distance. We are looking forward to having an occasion to come back.
We travel with a very picky member of the family - even she had to comment "I have absolutely nothing to complain about".
El hotel en sí, es muy coqueto y acogedor. La habitación muy buena, con vistas al paisaje y amueblada y equipada con esmero. El desayuno no es bufet pero está muy bien: además de servirte croasán, pan, café y zumo, te ofrecen a elegir entre cinco especialidades locales, lo que te permite probar cosas distintas.
La amabilidad de los empleados, incluidos los que nos encontramos al llegar, que no hablaban casi inglés pero con los que pudimos entendernos y que fueron muy amables. A la mañana siguiente sí había personas con las que hablar en inglés.

the breakfast was excellent, all staff was so nice and professional.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and clearly well-built The staff stood out: friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
A special mention goes to the restaurant. The food was excellent and truly deserves praise. It's not often a hotel restaurant impresses this much.
To top it off, the location is fantastic: just 5 minutes from the city center. Highly recommended, and we'd happily stay again.

לא הובהר לנו שיש להסתפק בפריט אחד. הזמנו כמה פריטים (חביתה בניצה ויוגורט )
וחייבו אותנו לשלם על שני הפריטים הנוספים.
מלון יפה ,חדרים נוחים, מקום נידח אין מה לעשות בסביבה.

Отличен петзвезден хотел с внимание към детайла и в копривщенски стил, което го прави запомнящо се място! Оценяваме всичко свързано с качеството на съня, а именно: чудесни матраци, много качествено спално бельо, което беше брандирано, удобни възглавници, високо качество халати и кърпи. Всички интериорни решения в
стаята бяха много добри, поздравления за което! Двете стъклени бутилки с минерална вода, малките бутилки с бяло и червено вино в стаята като комплимент ни направиха приятно впечатление.
Кухнята на ресторанта е също отлична с големи порции и с разумни цени за предлаганото качество. Поздравления за готвача и работниците в кухнята, благодарим на сервитьорите за точността и бързината. Обслужването на целия персонал в хотела беше приятелско и много мило. Определено в Копривщица вече има място, на което с удоволствие ще се върнем и горещо препоръчваме.
