Excellent Location
Pros:

The staff was cordial, helped with our luggage. The location was unbeatable just across the road to Registan Square. There are a lot of restaurants and ice-cream shops around. Small shops where you can buy things like water. Bank is nearby for currency exchange for foreigners. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

A lift or an elevator would make it more comfortable.

Pros:

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, czystość bardzo smaczne śniadanie, pyszna kawa. Największą zaletą było wcześniejsze zameldowanie

Posizione ottima per Piazza Registan
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi passi da Piazza Registan, colazione buona (servita dalle 08:00, quindi non fruibile in caso di partenza presto, in cambio ci è stato dato un lunch box), staff cordiale ma che ha dato l'impressione di essere poco esperto e quindi con poche attenzioni verso gli ospiti. Ma in generale 1 ottima soluzione per alloggiare a Samarcanda

Cons:

Le pulizie della stanza poco accurate (bicchieri sporchi evidentemente utilizzati che non erano stati sostituiti, effettuato solo il cambio asciugamani)

It's near rubbish area so might smell when passing by the area. But not smelling any thing near the hotel.

Spectacular location!!!
Pros:

Spectacular location: 5 minutes walking to the Registan!
Large, impeccable, comfortable room.
Friendly staff

Cons:

They don’t take credit card payments which wasn’t clear during the booking process and which was complete surprising for a $80+ per night hotel in Uzbekistán.
Also, bathroom floods with every shower as the glass doesn’t work well.

Great service
Pros:

The staff. They are friendly. They help us carried our luggage up the second floor and even packed a simple breakfast for us when we gotta leave early the next day.
When we went to a 2 days 1 night trip, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel for a day. When we were back from the trip, the check in was smooth.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok güzel. Registan'ın tam karşısında ve dolayısıyla gezilecek heryere çok yakın. Odaları geniş ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı da harika olmasa da güzeldi.

Cons:

Odamızdaki halılar maalesef kokuyordu. Heryer temiz olmasına rağmen ıslak halı kokusu vardı. Otelin etrafı da biraz değişik, metruk bir çıkmaz sokaktaydı. Özbekistan çok güvenli olsa bile akşam biraz tedirgin ediciydi.
