Overall happy with our stay. Great spot and 2 minutes walk to Southbank. Great view out of the apart

Location great, view from the room was brillant, parking and easy access to the room worked well, staff friendly

Cons:

The outside noise in the 2nd bedroom of the apartment was loud. This was on the main street. Felt like you were sleeping outside. You could hear everything.

It was close to Southbank.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for my daughter's 10th Birthday. I was expecting a nice stay considering the experince with staff in the lead up was great. We had a great view and a gift upon arrival for my daughter's birthday. The room however was in need of some love- painting required, water damage, carpet had lifted and was a tripped hazard. The kitchen was dirty, the microwave had not been cleaned and had food splattered inside, the fridge had some sort of liquid in the bottom drawer. The bathroom was dirty, the tiled walls had a greasy covering that was then covered in dust. The sheets in the bed didn't cover the mattress and we ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. The walls were covered in dust, from what looked like it was blown from the vents. We were on the 11th floor- but could hear everything on the ground level. Including two drunken people having an argument. The breakfast was average and over-priced. $8 for a small coffee that was awful. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location and price for a family of 5, needed practical items inside
Pros:

The location was great and the pool! We also loved the views

Cons:

Somewhat 'tired' inside and needing a spruce. Things missing from cutlery draw (e.g. not a full set for a family of 5!) and there was no dishwashing liquid for hand washing!

Pros:

Check in was quick and efficient, as was check-out. Room was spacious, kitchen was well-equipped and large. Laundry facilities were a huge bonus, even for a single night stay to dry towels after a swim. Beds were comfortable enough and there was enough space to sit around comfortably for a family of four. The pool was excellent. Would return for a future stay.

South Bank location was very convenient. Comfortable bed. Apartment was a good size for 4 people.

Cons:

Traffic noise. The apartment was not very clean. Layers of dust on skirting boards, furniture, light fittings. Dirty walls/bathroom splashbacks & sticky floors. Dirty microwave. Mouldy ensuite basin plug. Cracked floor tiles in both bathrooms. The room was not well maintained.

Cons:

That the dishes were left in the dishwasher and not cleaned. The carpet in the lounge room seemed to be very quickly cleaned. Earring found on the floor beside the bed.
