Great location with friendly staff
Pros:

Location was great and we were able to organise a late checkout which was great

Cons:

We found glass fragments on the floor, which was not only disappointing but dangerous.

I had also requested for the sofa bed to be made or at least linen to do so myself, but this request was not filled.

It was a great location. Walking distance to alot of different places. Food and entertainment

Cons:

The spa in the bathroom had cracks in it. To shower you have to stand in the spa it felt very cramped and unsafe.

Nice hotel, nice staff but no eye for detail unfortunately
Pros:

The staff at reception were fantastic. Buffet breakfast was great and location was great for our needs as we had a concert at sidney myer music bowl which we walked to however the room was extremely dusty like noone had been in there for months. It was clean enough but every surface, window sill and furnishings had a thick layer of dust over it and the laundry cupboard which i used the dryer to dry towels, looked as though it hadnt been opened in a long time. With alot of dust and lint built up on the walls and cupboard doors. There was also a few hairs sitting on the shower wall and bathrub which again confirmed the room hadnt had a freshen up

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was great, nice and close to everything I needed. Loved the Foxtel channels, pool and spa were awesome.

Cons:

Better chairs in the rooms instead of a stool wi th no back. No ergonomically safe when your trying to work at a desk.

Disappointing all round.
Pros:

The location was great and the parking was convenient

Cons:

Our room was extremely small and a stupid layout - you couldn’t even get past the bed to get into the bathroom. It was also dirty. The bedroom tv didn’t work and as there wasn’t enough room to comfortably sit in the ‘living’ area that was also disappointing.

Overpriced for the size.
Pros:

Location was great, just 5 minute walk from Federation Square. Easy to catch public transport. Restaurants close.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was very noisy. Room 1101 was right behind the loud elevators. Expected a bigger apartment for the price.

Really good and met our needs.
Pros:

Location, room and bed were all very good and we would stay there again.

Cons:

The bath/shower needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. We would have liked more toilet paper. The kitchen was not well provided for if we were to cook. We have three staying there with only 2 forks.
