Great location, good sized room, rooms could do with a bit of cleaning/fixing up
Pros:

The view was great from my room, size was very generous, easy check in and check out process, was given a late checkout which was nice. Pool was nice to use with a good view over the city. Location was good for me to get in and out with the car, I was given a parking spot for the entire week which was very practical. Easy to cross the street and access Southbank. A bit further away from the shops in the city.

Cons:

Some things in the room were old and broken; i.e. cracked tiles in the bathroom, toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall, windows were smudged, some kitchen drawers not opening properly or into other cupboards; had to move the microwave to another powerpoint to get it to work, coffee table support was damaged so table was crooked, rooms felt a bit dark. No major deal breakers but just small things that were a bit of a shame.

Location, comfortable room, reciving staff were friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Bathroom had a dirty towel left in it, bathroom wasnt cleaned properly hair and sediment in shower. Room was next to a lift which was very noisy. Air-conditioning was very noisy.

Great rooms & location.
Perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

We booked for 5 people.
Room provided 2 rooms to sleep 4 people & a sofa bed in the loungeroom. There was no bedding for the sofa bed.
There was also only 3 chairs for the dining table. Once the staff came & made up the sofa bed, there was not enough chairs for 5 people to sit. The staff brought 2 extra chairs.
We shouldn't have to ask for these things when our booking was for 5 people.

Will never stay at Mantra again. Staff could have tried to fix things but they did the bare minimum
Pros:

Breakfast was awful, grumpy rude staff and cold coffee, tough pastries, cold scrambled egg that gave us a stomach upset. Very disappointing.

Cons:

The room had dirty towels, no toilet paper, no bath plug, stained bath, no toilet brush, broken toilet door and faulty hairdryer. This was so disappointing. Also no cafe as advertised and disgusting breakfast.

Fabulous location and roomy apartments!
Pros:

Great location and it was so good having a 1BR with kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out all the time over the week.
