WATERWORLD HOTEL

Our stay was fine.

The Hotel is very nice and well.maintained. The water park is nearby and more stall for parking. The Free transportation going to the airport is my best 👌 accomodation and convenient.

Why have a hotel at a waterpark if the waterpark isn’t open on the weekdays? It would be like booking a hotel at Mactan beach and the beach being closed.

The waterpark was closed on weekdays, and the dining menu had less choices on breakfast and expensive portion. I reserved the park view side, but it was not available.

Amazing! friendly staff, waterpark uncluded and rooms were mode r and spacious.

Great hotel; just wished after paying thousands of pesos on a stay gets you access to the waterpark.

My first time in country and my first stay of many. My first thoughts are by far its the people that make the memories and the staff are very friendly indeed. It was very slow season and away from the city so...my expectations werent high. Its not anything special but id go back just for the people that catered to us.

The staff were excellent but the accessibility of public transport is limited.

Property is great except, we weren't able to enjoy the waterpark.

Great stay with fantastic staff

After I booked with Expedia I message the property to ask from what time to what time is the water parks I received a reply saying that from 9 to 5pm only but highlighting it is Ok because the pool is open up to 10pm. She should just inform me that the parks is close because when go went there we are inform water park is close. Without the waterpark I will not book waterworld hotel only to find out during check in it is close even the next day.I feel like being scammed by whoever replies my message.Definitely not in a good staycation mood.

家族3人で滞在しました。日付が変わった真夜中の到着でしたが、スタッフの方が待っていてくださりスムーズにチェックイン。
広くてきれいな部屋、大人と小学生の子供が寝るのに十分なサイズのベッドが2台、完全にセパレートのシャワールームとトイレ、と非常に快適な滞在でした！
朝食は1人400ペソでアメリカンかフィリピン式のセット数種類から選択。
街からは離れており、周辺には何もないため何処に行くにも車は必須ですが、Grabを使えば問題無し。
特に家族連れの方にオススメです。

Floor and carpet could be a bit cleaner but everything else was great

Spacious room good food cleanliness of the environment greetings of the staff . Didn’t like no communication from the receptionist where in we asked her re availability of the shuttle she said yes she took our flight details never said what will be our pick up time when we’re about to settled our accounts I asked her re shuttle bus she said 10:00am I told her we’re not informed of the time should be three hours before our international flights at 1215 at least 08-0830 am supposed to be our pick up time she said the driver not available till 10am end up calling taxi prior to that emailed them re availability of the shuttle bus no response from them

I would stay again in this hotel, but I have to plan properly for shopping as it is far away from Malls, also if you take taxi there’s additional 50 pesos for the taxi. The hotel wont charge you for that, but the taxi will. They will call a taxi for you! Everything is great! Love the room, it is very clean and smelled fresh!

Transportation is challenging if you don’t have your own ride. Otherwise the entire facility and staff is 10 of 10. Highly recommended!

New and nice hotel. It seems to be unknown to taxi drivers, however if you mention Waterworld Cebu you will be fine. The access to the waterworld was included, that was a plus. I would stay here again when in Cebu.
