Pros:

Все было чисто. Собственники очень приветливые. Рядом пляж, на котором мы лежали на своем полотенце. Вода на пляже очень чистая. Можно увидеть морских ежей и красивых рыб. Это один из лучших пляжей Саранды.

Chyba nic , mamy za sobą naprawę wiele wyjazdów budżetowych , również w Albanii

Warunki higieniczne poniżej krytyki. Brak deski klozetowej, co wg właściciela nie jest problemem, brak zasłonki przy prysznicu a łazienka b. Mała przez co ciągle były brudna o zalana , kable wystające z zardzewiałego bojlera straszyły baliśmy się porażenia prądem , pralka po włączeniu do prądu wybiła korki, nie było cieplej wody , klejące naczynia , stęchły zapach z szafek , a z umywalki śmierdziało szambem,mniej pościeli niż osób, brak ręczników do rąk , brak szufelki, brak worków na śmieci, brak kosmetyków, wystrój bardzo nieprzyjemny, brak lamp tylko same żarówki w niektórych pomieszczeniach , w kuchni w ogóle nie świeciło się światło, karaluchy ,przeciekało okno w trakcie deszczu więc nalalo się do wnętrza apartamentu , wodą nalała się również przez drzwi wejściowe , z powodu braku progu , apartament na zerowym poziomie , właściciele co niby wg opinii mili i pomocno wg nas wścibscy ,cały czas krecili się przy oknach, do łazienki można bylo zaglądnąć przez okno, a ciężko było je zamknąć przez brak wentylacji , dzieci się wstydziły korzystać.zabita kura wysila na ogrodzeniu przed apartamentem , można to było zrobić dyskretniej .wyjechaliśmy dwa dni wcześniej , nie mogąc wytrzymać , nie było żadnej możliwości negocjacji ceny. Nie pojmujemy skąd dobre opinie , chyba z litości ...

Апартаменты расположены в тихом живописном месте. Море очень чистые и красивое. Персонал добрый и отзывчивый. В доме все удобства. Рекомендуем это место. Будет возможность обязательно сюда вернёмся!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hospitalité chaleureuse de nos hôtes. Chez Arsen Appartment, on se sent vraiment comme en famille et en toute sécurité. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. La vue est magnifique et il y a suffisamment de place pour se garer facilement.

Pros:

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with an exceptionally large terrace. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the center of Saranda can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely choose this property again on our next visit to Saranda.

Pros:

Di positivo c'erano i letti comodi, la posizione ottima poiché c'è una spiaggetta a pochi passi che è un gioiellino, il condizionatore (presente solo in cucina), e il personale comunque gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Diffidate dalle recensioni precedenti. Appartamento non adatto al pernotto su più giorni.
Due famiglie su due che alloggiavano nello stesso palazzo, entrambe state male con vomiti, mal di stomaco e diarrea. Non usate l'acqua del rubinetto (né della cucina, né del bagno) che, per di più, puzza di fognatura.
Bagno essenziale. La doccia non dispone di una tenda e tutta l'acqua cade a terra con il rischio di scivolare e farsi male.
Le uniche note positive? I letti comodi e la spiaggia a pochi passi. Per il resto, se avessi saputo che l'appartamento era così, non avrei mai deciso di alloggiarci. Per di più, c'erano le blatte. Bagno trovato non molto pulito all'arrivo.

Pros:

Wszystko ok, duży apartament. Czysta pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Nowoczesny salon. Jedyny malutki minus to brak jakiejś zasłonki przy brodziku, byłoby wygodniej się myć.
Poza tym wszystko ok. Miejsce też w porządku, z tarasu widać centrum Sarandy, do najbliższej plaży około 4-5 minut.

Pros:

La posizione e la tranquillità dal caos di Saranda e Ksamil. Nonostante tutto era facile raggiungere il centro di entrambe le destinazioni. Valore aggiunto la spiaggia vicino casa a soli 5 minuti a piedi. E la comodità di parcheggiare l’auto nel cortile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Very private, nice, good location, excellent hosts.

Cons:

Dishes in kitchen could be cleaner (it was bit oily) but... We did it outself. No problem.
Maybe expected more english but we managed. :)
