Buono per soggiorni brevi e spartani
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, vicino ad un parcheggio e a piedi dal lungomare.

Cons:

Le camere sono molto piccole e tutte ricavate da un appartamento facendo, probabilmente, muri divisori in cartongesso. Questo fa sì che si senta ogni respiro di chi vive accanto e se avete la sfortuna, come noi, di trovare persone poco educate, diventa difficile dormire. Il letto è particolarmente scomodo, di pessima qualità.
Il check-in così tardi può essere un problema organizzativo (l’orario viene comunque specificato nella pagina, in chiaro)

Reasonable price & right in centre of town. It was great for a one night stay on our road trip

Cons:

Pretty hard to find parking after dark, was hard to find hotel (pin is incorrect, hotel is actually down the road)...just lacks basic amenities which is a pity because for a small effort the place could be much better

Notte ad Arenzano
Pros:

camera semplice posizionata all'interno di un appartamento adibito ad affitta camere. Presenza di un microonde e frigorifero nello spazio condiviso che permette un minimo di autonomia per i pasti.

Cons:

Le finestre piccole si aprono su un cavedio quindi non circola molto l'aria. Presenza solo di un ventilatore quindi in estate penso faccia molto caldo.

Check in veloce, posizione ottima, prezzo contenuto. Per passarci una notte è un ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo

Basterebbe pochissimo per rendere le camere un pò più curate, senza dover spendere granché

Es war günstig und gut erreichbar. Nette Besitzer.

Cons:

Sehr alte und billige Möbel in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer. . Die Wände müssten mal wieder gestrichen werden, alles schmutzig. Die Duschkabine hat Risse, an der Wand im Bad sind Fliesen abgeplatzt. Im Vorzimmer roch es stark nach Rauch.
