Pros:

The single room was small but with the clean bathroom it was enough.They had a shared kitchen and balcony with books which is pretty cool.

Cons:

My map showed the address across the street, so it wasn't really clear but the friendly man came and got me, no problem.

Pros:

Posizione comoda di fronte al parco di Arenzano.
Dietro la Basilica del Bambin Gesù c'è un parcheggio gratuito

Cons:

Le stanze della locanda si trovano in un condominio.

Si accede da una porta che resta sempre aperta , si accosta ma non si chiude.

Posizione ottima e considerando che tutta Arenzano è sviluppata in altezza con grandi salite la posizione è perfetta

Cons:

Per prezzo qualità non cambierei nulla perché ha prezzi accessibili a tutti,situato in un punto strategico,(vicino alla stazione)dal quale puoi raggiungere il lungomare,ristoranti,supermercati e raggiungere fermate autobus per spostarsi

Perfetto per trascorrere pochi giorni

Struttura, a mio avviso, non adatta per più di 4 gg. Stanza piccola, ma essenziale.
Abbiamo cenato presso la loro osteria a pochi m
Si mangia discretamente
Grazie a questa vacanza però, ho compreso perché i liguri siano considerati molto poco generosi :)

Camera per una notte molto pulita.
Pros:

Camera a buon prezzo per una notte; proprietario disponibile e gentile. Ambiente pulito.

Cons:

Materasso molto scomodo e camera molto calda anche se fuori ci sono 20 gradi.

Camera piccola, spartana e minimale … ma per il prezzo non si può pretendere di più 🤷‍♀️
Andrebbe chiusa la porta principale della struttura da cui si accede poi alle camere.

Miłe przyjęcie,personel bardzo sympatyczny.Lokalizacja kolo pieknego parku i kościółka,na dole kawiarnia na kawę rano,niedaleko restauracje i plaze

Pros:

Great location in relatively quiet spot close to town. Easy walking to great eating places and seafront.

Cons:

It took me a while to find the place. Google maps is wrong. The apartment block is on the other side of the street between a kiosk and a cafe. Check-in is at the hotel on the adjacent street. Find the hotel then reception will take you to the correct building.
