Très bon hôtel où les chambres sont vraiment propres, hôtel bien situé et personnel accueillant et toujours souriant.
Pros:

Hôtel, chambre et salle de bain très propre, literie confortable et agréable.

Cons:

Rideaux dans les chambres qui ne la plonge pas dans le noir donc si vous avez l’habitude de dormir sans lumière, pensez à apporter un masque pour les yeux

Wow! The staff are above and beyond - amazing stay.
Pros:

The staff were truly incredible. The front desk staff seemed to anticipate our needs and the bartender in the restaurant was friendly and very skilled. It was the best place that we stayed during our week long vacation in the Basque Country.

La ubicación, perfecto para pasar una noche. Y el restaurante, bar, situado abajo del hotel, todo buenísimo!

Cons:

La mala señalización para llegar al parking, hay que entrar por una calle prohibida. Si te lo explicasen desde un primer momento no tendría que hqber está dando vueltas para poder acceder
