For the price, way more negative surprises than positive.
Cons:

We booked a double bed room but received twin beds. More than half of the sockets in the room were not working, including the fundamental ones near the bed. We had to charge laptops on the floor in the corner of the room. When asked, the staff promised on two different days that they would go and fix the problem. They never did, notwithstanding having a whole week of time since we stayed for 7 days.

Das Frühstück (außer der Kaffe via Pads) war gut.

Das offene Raumkonzept auf dem Zimmer war für mich als Vater mit einer 14 jährigen Tochter alles andere als optimal. Die Platzverhältnisse waren nicht gerade üppig.
Vollkommen unverständlich war für uns, dass die tolle Dach- Terrasse samt Pool ab 20.00 Uhr geschlossen war. Das war so mit der Buchung nicht kommuniziert. Die Nähe zum Flughafen war deutlich hörbar!

Zeer aangenaam en rustig verblijf in een voortreffelijke accommodatie.
Pros:

Ik ben erg opgetogen over de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, dat erg behulpzaam en attent was wanneer ik inlichtingen vroeg. Ik kon genieten van een uitgebreid en gevarieerd ontbijt. De ligging van het hotel in een rustige buurt, met kleine eetgelegenheden, het park en museum Gulbenkian, vlot bereikbare metrohaltes waren zeker een pluspunt.

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. Alleen vond ik de glazen wand van de douche en het toilet wel een beetje vreemd, omwille van de doorkijk, een spiegelfolie zou al een suggestie kunnen zijn.
