wij hadden kamer nr 2102, een kamer van 185m2 met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, echt een geweldige kamer met een super mooi en groot balkon.

Apartament Leiro Residence był znakowmity z dużym dobrze nasłonecznionym tarasem z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo pomocy i wspierający zespół w recepcji, Paula, która Nas obsługiwała służyła pomocą podczas całego pobytu. Śniadania dobre, ale mogłby być bardziej urozmaicone w warzywa.

Su situación geográfica es estupenda salvo q está en medio de una loma y sin ningún servicio cercano si no bajas hasta el paseo marítimo ..Para nosotros no es una objeción, es la única pega, que para nosotros concretamente no es relevante.podrian poner escaleras automáticas en las calles por las cuestas 😂😂

Staff were excellent, especially Ariel and Luis on concierge and Antonio at the beach club.
They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. It’s for this reason we will definitely return!
Being able to WhatsApp any questions was really helpful.
We didn’t think the room service selection was very appealing, and the breakfast we had to our room was not what we asked for e.g. ordered cappuccino but had just a pot of black coffee and milk delivered. Also was not allowed pancakes and waffles for our kids (not sure why).
We also thought that having a kids play area would have made a lovely addition to the facilities.
Breakfast was great, the room size and the private balcony were also nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoyed the private hot tube. Cleaning staff was excellent
We had multiple communication breakdowns with the concierge service, found them to not be that helpful. We were double booked for airport transport we had to pay for. Some of the structure was loose with the windows rattling at night
