Pros:

The property is located on the beach. All the rooms are sea facing and this has private beach access
They offer home cooked meals for breakfast and car parking was available which was a win and rare compared to other places.

Nice beach, friendly host!
Pros:

Very nice host and a perfect place on a private beach. We were served a delicious breakfast with seaview.

Cons:

Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner, but it was still good.
Rest was perfect!

Small Paradise
Pros:

El lugar es espectacular, playa solo para la casa, muy limpio y los dueños muy amables y con muy buena cocina. Sin duda volveríamos.

Cons:

Lo bueno de su situación aislada, hace que no puedas comprar nada o ir a comer algo a algún otro sitio cercano, siempre hay que ir con TukTuk.

quiet stay directly at the beach
Pros:

The homestay is located 10 meters away from a very clean, small stretch of sandy beach. You can literally sit on your porch and listen to the waves. The room has a traditional wood design and feels very cozy. Joseph and Jenzi are super friendly and helpful hosts. They organized a backwater tour for me, provided me with a delicious dinner and made sure I was being picked up by an autoriksha to bring me to the bus station. If you want a quiet stay directly at the beach, this is a great choice.

Cons:

WiFi is not very strong in the room and the bathroom's tiled walls could have been cleaner. If you have no vehicle of your own everything is far away and you have to organise a tuktuk. Communication is also a bit limited if you don't speak Malayalam.

Pros:

هدوء المكان والاطلالة على البحر والخصوصية.. تعامل صاحب العقار كان ممتازا وعائلته ودودة، المكان يصلح لمحبي العزلة والهدوء بعيدا عن صخب المدن.. استمتعنا كثيرا بالشاطئ الجميل والأجواء الهادئة وخصوصية المكان.

الأسرة كانت صغيرة جدا لا يتجاوز عرضها 80 سم والغرفة كذلك صغيره
