Tolle Lage und tolle Aussicht. Mehr aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Parkanlage ums Haus, wirklich angenehmer erster Eindruck. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und die Unterkunft ist ein toller Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig geschnitten, großer Flur, viele Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war fußkalt und nicht erwartungsgemäß gereinigt. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken, die Matratzen gehören komplett ausgetauscht, Staubflusen hier und da, Haare auf Teppichen und Ablagen - nix von Villa-Flair, das war vielleicht einmal. In den Schränken lagen leere Verpackungen von Süßigkeiten der Vormieter. Die Cola im Limo-Kühlschrank auf dem Flur war seit einem halben Jahr abgelaufen - das stellten die Kinder fest, nachdem das Taschengeld schon in der Kasse war. Sagt aber alles. Der Lack ist ab, die Gegend ist tot und die Unterkunft macht da schlichtweg keine Ausnahme. Sehr schade, ich komme aus der Region und es ist meine Heimat, ich werde aber gewiss nicht wiederkommen.

Pros:

Очень тихое и спокойное место. Внутри чисто и приятно, я чувствовала себя как дома.

Cons:

На одном окне не открывались жалюзи, была порвана веревка.

Good place to have a restful weekend
Pros:

The location is really good, there is a very nice park around and the view. I was positively surprised with the cleanliness and the amenities. Kitchen has everything we needed for the weekend.

Una villa storica ben rinnovata
Pros:

Il grande parco ideale per i cani, l’atmosfera quasi magica tra storia dell’edificio e buona ristrutturazione. Pulito e accogliente. Buona e funzionale la fornitura della cucina. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.
Pros:

Schöne alte Villa in einer etwas abgelegenen Stadtrandlage. Das gebuchte Zimmer war eigentlich eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine, etc.
Die Anreise und Parkplatzsituation war einwandfrei, der Zugang über Zugangscode wurde rechtzeitig zugeschickt, das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Rein subjektiv und ohne Wertung ist die Qualität der Bettwäsche, da diese aus Synthetikfaser war.

Leider waren wir Ende November da und es war eine extrem dünne Bettdecke eingezogen, hab die ganze Nacht gefroren...Schade
