Highly recommend, fantastic stay
Pros:

Highly recommend....this was our 2nd visit and love every minute...rooms are immaculate and whole house beautiful...Kacey and Jon are a lovely welcoming couple ...its like a home from home...we are staying again on August we love it that much ❤️

One night stop as solo motorcycle driver to meet up with friends
Pros:

PARKING: open air private parking area in front of the guesthouse building. Area felt very safe and far from the main roads.
CHECK-IN: easy, quick and uncomplicated as long as you sync with the host about the time of your arrival.
STAFF: kind and nice, very welcoming.
WIFI/VPN: worked.
SIZE: large, very large. It was in fact a one-room apartment with small kitchen and sofa area.
STYLE: renewed, but having some nice decorations and pretty corners in the common living room areas.
POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: stays on.
CLEAN: yes, very much.
BATHROOM: small but functional. Some soap products are offered as well.
QUIET: yes, very much. You are 2-300 meters far from the main road of the village in a very green area.
LOCATION: it served my purpose, I guess on a raining cold night you don't really have much other choice, than driving to get anywhere useful.
SERVICES AROUND: didn't check, but arriving I stopped at a small grocery and petrol station.
VALUE FOR THE MONEY: good, if you need to stop in this very area.
RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: didn't check. Nothing next door anyway.

Cons:

All good, but you might need a vehicle to reach anything else outside the property.

Schöne Unterkunft, leider viel zu kleines Waschbecken
Pros:

Sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns beim unterstellen der Fahrräder und Fahrradträger sehr geholfen.
Betten waren zwar schmahl, aber gute Härte. Die Dusche ist groß und hatte gute Armaturen !
Großer Fernseher !
Viele Steckdosen .

Cons:

Das Waschbecken im Bad, siehe Foto, geht gar nicht, viel zu klein nicht zu gebrauchen !
Die Außenanlagen waren, außer dem Parkplatz , eine einzige Baustelle !
Die Küche ist klein, es fehlt aber ein Herd oder wenigstens eine Mikrowelle mit Grill ! Der Essplatz fürs Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr klein.
Sehr verwinkelter enger Zugang zum Zimmer .

Great place for shot stay to west coast of Cornwall. Visit Tintagel, Boscastle and St Nectans.
Pros:

Very clean and fresh rooms. Enough space, comfortable bed. well lit.. Nice shower and bathroom. No noise from other guests. Clean fridge and microwave. Nothing at all to complain about. Would have been happy to stay for a week.

Cons:

There was no view from our ground-floor window.. and some of the outside areas are still a work in progress of landscaping.
