the environment was really good and they provided Netflix to watch which we really enjoyed. the room is bigger than I thought. very clean and quiet.the bed was so comfortable which made me sleep in second. They provided a clean kitchen and nice tea &coffee!! Nice.
they gave us the first room near the entrance, which allowed us to hear every noise outside our room. the wall is quite thin to block the sound. It's better to let everyone know plz close the door gently. that will be very thoughtful.

spacious free parking space, no need to walk so much to get into room, easy self check in, very nice and quiet and peaceful, away from busy road, its so clean, love no shoes policy like walking into home, reasonable price, pantry got coway, love the minimalist aesthetic look, would definitely repeat good for a short getaway/staycation
only 1 iron provided at lobby, if another room using it, u have to wait for your turn until they return it which is dont know when. wish iron provided in each room/ just several more
when we arrived the gate was locked. so we parked at mount miriam hosp to only got scolded by guard there. but in the hotel's instructions it was ok to park there. do both parties actually have agreement or not?
Clean and room was as described
The place was advertised with check in from 11am, then the host messaged to say 3pm. I told them we need to check in early as we have family and they said there was an extra price, they should have checked the time on booking.com firsthand! This was very poor customer service.
To add to that, the water stopped working before we went to bed and only came back online in the morning, meaning I could not shower before bed. I would not recommend staying at this place if you want somewhere comfortable for your family, they didn’t even offer any refund for the inconvenience!
