Perfect location for exploring Rimini and going to the beach. In the very center of the town. Mrs Melina was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and pleasant.

Zu teuer für das Geld und Qualität. Sonnst Lage ok.

Lage super und bester Personal, sehr freundlich!!

Cons:

Klima nicht in jedem Zimmer zu teilen 😢
Küche Ausstattung alt offen ohne Funktion, Herd Gas ohne Sicherung ein mal nachts fast von Gas erstickt weil nicht ausgegangen ist.
Leider an schwulen Strand musst du mit Kinder hin.

It was close to the beach

Close to Rimini market.

And close to a store that has everything you need at cheap prices.

Most importantly, we were treated well upon arrival and departure, and whenever we needed anything, they were there to fulfill our requests.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Auch die Nähe zum Strand oder zum nächsten Supermarkt haben wir sehr geschätzt. Hatten alles in der Nähe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Auto konnten wir bei der Einfahrt von der Residence lassen

Cons:

Wer es sehr einfach mag ist dort gut aufgehoben aber der Komfort fehlt dann schon und eine neuere Austattung.
Mir persönlich hat eine Waschmaschine gefehlt vor allem wenn man mit Kinder reist.
Das Bettsofa war sehr unbequem.
Es fehlten auch kleinigkeiten wie Handseife oder eine Flasche Wasser wenn man gerade ankommt.

Many thanks to Melina. She is very attentive and responsible. She was ready to help and fulfill all our requests and wishes. When checking in, she explained everything in detail in English, which was very convenient. We also want to note the perfect cleanliness of the apartments. We really enjoyed living in this hotel.
