Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour ma destination (visite familiale), Chambre + Sdb propres et confortables.

Cons:

J'avais choisi cet établissement entre autres parce qu'il était supposé y avoir l'air conditionné, alors qu'on était en période de canicule. Il n'en était rien, il y avait seulement un ventilateur sur pied.
Le chasse d'eau des wc fuyait, générant toutes les 18 secondes un bruit de coup de bélier dans l'installation. Une vraie gêne pour dormir.
J'ai fait part de ces problèmes par mail aux gérants avant de poster ce commentaire, mais sans réponse de leur part je les partage ici.

Pros:

L'accueil du cuisinier/barman et la boisson offerte...sympa👍 la chambre est certes petite mais très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Café en suffisance.

Cons:

La douche est très jolie mais l’eau en sort rapidement et se repend dans la pièce d’eau....

Good stay with a comfy bed.
Pros:

It was a reasonable room, bit smaller than expected, but nice and clean, with a comfy bed and excellent shower

Cons:

Not a lot of room to hang clothes. If the shower was on full, it overflowed the bathroom floor and into the room, so a bit of mopping up needed. Only one tea bag for two nights

Comfortable bed, lounge and kitchen area good size.

Cons:

The flooring was damaged in various places to the point that I tripped up a couple of times on it. The toilet seat was broken which we asked to be repaired during our stay but it wasn't. When we arrived we only had one towel, they finally bought us another after chasing up later in the day. There was extensive building work going on opposite the hotel which was very noisy.
The spare pillows were all damaged and falling apart.
I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

Apartamento de una discoteca
Pros:

El apartamento está bien conectado con el centro de Bruselas, a apenas 20min en bus. Lo tienen bastante limpio y es grande. Como obsequio te dan una cerveza de bienvenida en el bar de abajo.

Cons:

El gran problema es el bar. NO es un bar, es un pub-discoteca. IMPOSIBLE DORMIR. Ya te puedes poner tapones, que cuando suenan los graves por los altavoces te retumba la cama entera. Solo lo recomiendo si sois un grupo de amigos y tenéis pensado poneros a dormir a las 03h de la madrugada que es cuando cierran. Estuvimos dos noches: la del viernes hubo sesión de DJ, la segunda sesión de karaoke, no se cual fué peor. Almenos el DJ sonaba bien... Indican que tiene insonorización, mentira.
Indican también que tiene aire acondicionado, NO TIENE. Lo tuvimos que pedir (y repetirlo dos veces) y nos entregaron un equipo portátil al día siguiente, y eso que estabamos en plena ola de calor en Bélgica...
Llevo años viajando con Booking y nunca había puesto una nota tan baja.

Super pour un séjour en famille avec espace et autonomie
Pros:

La taille du logement très appréciable en famille avec un enfant.
Localisation dans un quartier plutôt joli avec les commodités à proximité, ainsi que facilités de transport en commun (éviter l'accès en voiture car stationnement très cher).
Accueil par le café juste en-dessous où le personnel était accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

Le revêtement de sol nécessiterait une petite remise en état.
Pas de draps à disposition pour la vaisselle (bien qu'il y ait un lave-vaisselle).

Decent for price but needs improvement
Pros:

Property is modern and well designed.

Cons:

The flooring is old and required replacement. Sofa has multiple stains on it. The floor was not fully clean. The shower and bathroom is new but the tiles in shower can be a hazard when wet. The bar below had a live band on. We were not told before hand. And although we were told on check in the music did you stop till the early hours, which is not great when staying with a toddler.
