Architecture is interesting
Dinner was really good

Cons:

- The nice building is not well maintained (I.e. the rooftop is dusty, almost if no one ever stepped foot there for months)
- Pricey for what you get overall

Enjoyed my stay at Zhiwaling. Will stay again if opportunity for travel to Thimpu arises.
Pros:

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Cleanliness is top class. Location is superb.

Cons:

No Gym . A small work desk inside the room can be helpful.

Zhiwaling Ascent is a beautiful hotel nestled amongst beautiful trees with lovely views, great staff
Pros:

Everyone was so helpful and kind. It was also easy to communicate as everyone spoke English! The room itself was spacious and comfortable which was great after all the travel from the the US. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Great wait staff there. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Nice place, a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Personnel where very collaborative and tried to help. I had a problem with some oil dripping inside my suitcase and everyone was willing to help.

Cons:

It is a bit far away from downtown Thimpu.
I would have appreciated more dinner and breakfast options.
