Reasonable place to stay overnight
Pros:

15 minute walk to the beach.
Helpful staff in arranging taxi to hospital.

Cons:

Limited choice if you are not keen on curry for breakfast.
Situated on a main street with poor pavements - not suitable for people with walking disabilities.
Small pool which was not usable.
We booked for 7 nights but moved on after 4 nights.

A comfortable retreat from the craziness of Calangute
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, upgrading our room to one with a balcony which had a beautiful view. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location with lots to do.

Pros:

Only the location is the factor to be considered while booking this property since it's close to the famous beaches.

TV was working thankfully with all channels operational

Hot water running 24*7

Cons:

Prices are too much for such a property.
Bed sheets were not as clean as they were supposed to be
They do not provide room slippers
Even basic facilities like dental kits were charged.
We ordered coffee once and we got sugar and coffee sachet with milk.
Room view jaisa kuch nahi tha.
Housekeeping staff doesn't even replace soaps and shampoos on daily basis even though we booked the room for 3 days.

Short comfortable stay
Pros:

The manager Youvraj Jadhav was very helpful and explained the area and surroundings professionally. Sudarshan was very polite and served the fried egg’s exactly as I liked. He never hesitated to help. Even the bell boys were super helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the aircon plus hot water was always available. just across the hotel I could easily book bike or a car rental. The market and the beach can be reached within 10-15 min of walking.

Cons:

I stayed here for 5 nights. Room was decent and clean. The flush system was broken. No hand towels or tea making facilities were provided. The breakfast area was very dark, dingy and not properly cleaned. The choice of breakfast items were very few. They were providing omelette as part of breakfast but if I asked to fry eggs they were charging separately for that.
