El apartamento destaca por su buen gusto en la decoración y la calidad de los materiales; todo está impecable y a estrenar. La ducha es magnífica y la comodidad de las camas no podría ser mejor.
La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, se encuentra en pleno centro de San Cándido. Además, en el propio edificio hay una excelente cafetería donde desayunar. Disfrutamos muchísimo del ambiente del pueblo: tiene tiendas locales con mucho encanto, buenos supermercados y una vida tranquila que invita a pasear.
El dueño de los apartamentos nos estaba esperando en la recepción del hotel para darnos todas las indicaciones, y además nos recomendó restaurantes excelentes en San Cándido. Entre ellos, destaco especialmente el Restaurante Miramonte.

In sintesi, tutto! Ottima localizzazione, più centrale di così, solo con accesso pedonale. Dispone di parcheggio, anche coperto, si trova al 2° piano, ma scale agevole, appartamento ampio, luminoso, con vista sia su la piazza che nelle montagne d'intorno, appartamento ben attrezzato e arredato (dotato sia da lavastoviglie che lavatrice, quindi perfetta per soggiorni più lunghi, o chi viaggia leggero in moto o bicicletta), pulizia da sala operatoria, luogo confortevole e accogliente, in breve, è esattamente quello che si aspetta dda una struttura ricettiva (dalla fornitura di set bagno, lenzuole, asciugamani...). Una struttura che dovrebbe essere presa d'esempio dai operatori ricettivi. Inoltre, nonostante il silenzio assoluto delle camere, al piano terreno, c'è un carino bar affacciato alla piazza, e fronte al bar, un servizio di noleggio biciclette, per conoscere i dintorni, oppure visitare la ciclovia della Drava, che collega Dobbiaco a Lienz... Inoltre, essendo ospiti nella struttura, avete acesso libero e gratuito nel sistema di trasporto pubblico locale, treno incluso, quindi la macchina non la usate fino al giorno di partenza. Il posto è a pochi minuti a piedi di banca, negozi, parcheggio coperto, e 800mt della stazione di treno di S. Candido.
Nulla! Come detto prima, è una struttura da "manuale", di modello di come dovrebbe essere una struttura ricettiva! Su un'ottica di ulteriore miglioria, avere un microonde, anche economico, piccolo, molto utile specialmente per famiglie con bambini piccoli...
