Pros:

Yes, you get what you pay for, however, it is worth it. It is clean enough, a/c works, and the owners are nice. I would stay here again.

This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled.
