True B&B spirit in Scoppieto!
Pros:

The hosts are absolutely the best. Early check-in was possible without any objection. House is well taken care of and very clean . Room was comfortable. Communication was excellent.
There's a garden with superb view of the lake, great place to relax.

But the best part of the experience was definitely the dinner, provided at very reasonable cost. Food was great (authentic Italian cuisine) and conversation with other guests and host was really interesting. All done in the real B&B spirit, not the too-often seen contactless hosting. Bravo!

Piccola Sorpresa was a highlight of our trip. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for a pleasant stay and good memories! ☺️

Siamo stati benissimo, Silvia, la padrona di casa è stata un amore, la struttura è nuova e molto bella, c’è anche la piscina, ma faceva troppo freddo, la prossima volta torneremo con un po’ più di caldo e ci faremo anche il bagno!!

Sentirsi come a casa
Pros:

Questo posto è davvero incantevole, la casa è tenuta molto bene, in ogni angolo si percepisce la cura dei proprietari che ancora lavorano per apportare piccole migliorie. Il giardino grande, confortevole e con una vista wow! La camera pulita e spaziosa. Ci tengo a precisare che con la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati e ben accolti. Non rifiutate una cena con i padroni di casa, a parte l’ottima cucina di Silvia, avrete modo di passare una piacevolissima serata in loro compagnia! Torneremo sicuramente, grazie.

Lungo il cammino dei Borghi Silenti, Silvia e Derek ci hanno ospitato nella loro casa curata con amore nei dettagli. Non dimenticheremo la vostra disponibilità ed accoglienza . Ci avete fatto sentire a casa e questo dice molto. Andate con fiducia.

Pros:

Silvia e Derek 2 persone squisite, ci hanno aspettato per cenare insieme nonostante fossimo in ritardo, ottima cucina. Posto molto pulito ed incantevole, bellissimo panorama. Ci dispiace non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare il giardino. Questa volta eravamo solo di passaggio, ci torneremo sicuramente per visitare la zona. Grazie ancora per tutto.

Silvia e Derrick sono stati sempre molto gentili, premurosi e disponibili
D'estate c'è la possibilità di fare il bagno nella piscinetta.

A great place. Very special and the owners are very helpful and cordial. They prepared us a delicious dinner!

Cons:

But don't take the short sand road from the valley of the Tiber river. It is very bad and dangerous! Take the tar road via Civitella del Lago.
