The absence of staff and the presence of spiders were notable features.

The air conditioning could use some maintenance, as when I turned it on there was some dust, and it felt a bit old and noisy.

Camera, baie, holuri, toate îngălate, mizerie, păianjeni, furnici, par prin mocheta, mucegai baie, frigider ruginit cu miros ingrozitor. Pret exagerat . Am întâlnit cabane în vârf de munte mult mai îngrijite și curate. Saltele groaznice. Nu ne am putut odihni din cauza arcurilor care se simțeau ieșite prin saltele.Miros de tutun in cameră. Situat foarte aproape de strada principală, unde circulația nu se oprește niciodată, rezultă un zgomot infernal, datorită proastei izolații fonice. Preț exagerat pentru asemenea mizerie. Un hotel de evitat!!!

2300 lei/2 nopți. De banii aceștia am primit:
- baterie ruginită duș
- baterie ruginită chiuvetă
- pereții murdari
- saltea foarte tare
- frigider ruginit
- gândaci în cameră și în frigider.

O experiență proastă – nu recomand!

Am stat împreună cu o prietenă la Laguna Residence Mamaia și am fost profund dezamăgite. Camera avea pânze de păianjen și un păianjen mare chiar la intrare.

Frigiderul era dezgustător – murdar, ruginit, lipit cu scotch – clar inutilizabil. Baia era aproape în beznă, doar două lumini slabe la oglindă. În cameră era praf, curățenia făcută superficial, iar în baie am găsit gândaci.
Condiții de cazare slabe, lipsă de igienă și profesionalism minim. Evitați locul dacă vreți să aveți o vacanță plăcută!

We have thought a long time on what to say & this is an honest appraisal of our stay. We had already made the hotel aware of our flight arrival & approximate check in time at the hotel. When we arrived there was nobody on/in reception (& to be honest during our 14 day stay nobody was ever on reception). We tried calling the number on reception desk without success & if it was not for a family member who used to work there we would have been struggling to check in at all. We we informed a message had been sent via booking.com to advise, but frequent travellers will be more than aware of problems with mobile phones syncing from country to county etc. Anyway the message eventually arrived after mobile syncing was done, around an hour after we arrived in Romania. In the interim our family Member had already got the details from who they were speaking with & we got our room keys & got into the room. The room was very comfortable & quite large with a nice balcony overlooking the lake. nothing to fault comfort wise however. Our room was serviced only once in 14 days and only on the sixth day when we sent a message via booking.com asking for our room to be serviced to supply clean towels, supply toilet rolls and empty the rubbish bins. We were told they were having issues with housekeeping! On the 2nd night of our stay we saw the hosts in a local taverna and they apologised about the check in confusion & asked if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. We asked for two additional pillows, which were never supplied we made do with the duvet rolled up under the 2 pillows on the bed. This last part is completely down to us and we should have done some research prior to booking. when we stayed in Constanta (approx. 4 years ago) the last time we had a look at this hotel as a none staying guest, the hotel had a lovely swimming pool which was no longer there when we arrived this year it had been filled in as it wasn't used.
