特にない
這間貓魔離宮的設備硬體很好，團客也比較少，浴場很棒，比較安靜，有一位來至台灣會說中文的櫃檯人員，非常貼心，介紹的很詳細，服務很棒，五色沼入口走路3分鐘就到，是會再訪的飯店
周囲の雰囲気、ホテルの雰囲気がよかったです。バイキングの食事はそんなに特徴はありませんでした。露天風呂は熊が出るからと使えませんでした。総じて満足感は高めです！
食事するところとお風呂の場所が遠い。

This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal.
The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables clean and the food displays well stocked.
Overall, this is a well run establishment with a very pleasant private onsen that can be reserved for a fee.

ホテルのロビーが綺麗でとてもゴージャス！部屋も綺麗で大変満足！
妻とふたりでレイクビュースイートに泊まりました。ホテルの施設やフロントの対応、清潔さ、静粛性は文句なしでした。夕食がビュッフェスタイルでしたが何か物足りなさを感じました。メインとなるものの種類が少なかったというか。私たちは1泊でしたが隣のテーブルのご夫婦は前日と全く変わらないメニューで食事だけは残念という会話をされていたので私が感じたのも間違いではないかと思います。
清潔感があってラグジュアリーな感じを満喫出来る施設でした
離宮への滞在でしたが食事会場がレイクホテル内であり非常に遠く感じました。
料金もレイクホテルとは違うので同一のビュッフェであるのはいかがな物かと思いました。飲み放題をサービスする等差別化してもいいのではないでしょうか？
食事自体は美味しかったです。
磐梯山レイクリゾートの猫間離宮はゴージャスで快適でした。猫間離宮専用の温泉も素敵でした。夕食と朝食は「五色の森」の建物の食堂なので、長い廊下を歩いてゆきました。つまり、夕食と朝食は「五色の森」と同じレベルということでした。
清掃も行き届いていて、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。宿泊前に何度か問い合わせをしましたが、そちらにも丁寧に応えていただき、安心して行くことができました。
食事もバイキングからグレードアップして和食とフレンチにして、とても美味しかったです。朝のバイキングはいろいろな食事が用意されていて、コロナ感染対策もされていました。
お風呂は猫魔宮専用のお風呂があって、落ち着いた雰囲気でのんびり、浸かる事ができました。
スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。
総合的に良かったと思います。
ただ、夕食はバイキング形式だったせいか、料理は不味くはないですが、宿泊代金の価格からみてちょっとランクは低いかなと感じました。トップシーズンの料金帯かもしれないが、であれば余計に、せめてお料理のランクを少し上げて頂きたいかなと思います。
お風呂の時間帯ももう少し長い方がよいかな。特に猫魔離宮の方は、11時半もうお風呂に入れないのは残念！本館へ行くのも遠すぎるので…
以上二点で、もう少し心を込めて欲しかったと思います。
温泉が二ヶ所使えて、それぞれに大変良かったです。部屋も清潔で居心地よく、ビュッフェの食事も頑張ってる感じで良かったです
