The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every night the concierge was there to open the front door for me and he did his best to accomodate all of my requests.
The room was in a poor state. The bedsheets were permanently stained from excessive use. Lightbulbs were missing from lamps. I was on the first floor and there was a lot of noise from the street below at all hours of the day and night.

The staff at the reciption was very kind and attentive the location of the place is good size of the room is comfy tolite was clean
I do travel often I do fully understand and know what I need to be expected of the hotel yet the basic was not met cleanliness’s was poor bedsheets had major stains on it, hot water was not there at all the electric sockets was broken cannot use and it’s not safe if somone try to use it will cause problems as the sockets was in bad condition however the the reciption staff was very nice helpful I think it’s not the staff problem majorly I think the building and the place location is perfect just needs to be monitored on the items and yes the Muslim shower in the tolite water pressure was very very low Muslim shower pipe had a issue it was a very old one
