Kedves személyzet

Cons:

Koszos, hangos és büdös volt a szobában. A wifi alig működött. Az ablakot nem lehetett bezárni ezért sok volt a szúnyog.

FORFÆRDELIGT HOTEL - BOOK IKKE!

Der var en safeboks på stedet, det er vist det eneste positive der er at sige om dette sted. Alt andet var en katastrofe, vi sov på vores egne medbragte badehåndklæder, da sengetøjet var så snavset og plettet, og tjekkede ud så snart vi kunne næste morgen. Book IKKE dette hotel. Vi betalte 222 US dollars + 12 dollars i turistskat, for 1 overnatning på Booking.com - total overpris, for et hotel som IKKE burde være på Booking.com's side.

Cons:

Blev mødt af en usoigneret herre i recetionen, som stort set ikke kunne engelsk. Blev vist op til et meget dunkelt værelse, hvor flere lyspærer ikke virkede. Sengetøjet på sengen var fyldt med pletter, håndklæderne var endnu værre, en nusset toiletpapirsrulle med næsten ingen papir på, ingen toiletartikler såsom shampoo eller håndsæbe. Vinduet på badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes, så der kom både meget trafikstøj, og general larm ind fra gaden. Tv virkede ikke, stik/ledninger hang ud af væggen. På trappen på gangen blev man mødt med lig af kakkelakker. Ingen morgenmad, selv om vi havde betalt for det - det turde vi simpelhen ikke at møde op til. Efter at have oplevet et så snavset og slidt hotel, var vi nervøse for hygiejnen i køkkenet.

Cons:

Много шумно ! Няма добра изолация на прозорците. За две нощи се полага 1 бутилка вода общо. Цената беше висока защото нямаше места и бяхме от бедстващите които нямат избор . Намерихме хотел с по-добра локация на по - ниска цена .

Dirty linen, dirty towels, not room that was booked, Staff were unable to communicate.
Ended up cancelling 2nd night as not fit for purpose.
No additional facilities of note provided.
Windows wouldnt close or didnt fit.
Staff slept behind counter.
Sockets in wall were hanging off.
Overpriced and very poor

Not worth my money nor experience

Cons:

The place was dirty smelling filthy, the staff sleeps on the welcoming couch and doesn't even understand English
Linen was stained and couldn't be changed
The bathroom was dirty and I called a guy to clean he just sprayed water all over
It showed that someone had just used it and never attended to

It was a very bad experience

Pros:

I had the opportunity to spend a week in a very pleasant, cozy and romantic accommodation in this place. Every day I had full service from very helpful staff. We were taken care of absolutely perfectly by Bilal, who was always helpful and on hand, and his team of colleagues including the chef.

Servizi scadenti personale allucinante una notte dormito in una camera sporca lenzuola e asciugamani sporche …solo una vecchia vasca idromassaggio non funzionante e completamente arrugginita …..poi passato a una camera leggermente migliore con doccia senza protezioni che allagava tutto il bagno
