Pros:

Being near the mall for ease of shopping
The parking was safe
The rooms were ok
The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff were unproffessional and not welcomming. Terrible way to start a holiday.

The room service took 1+hour and the salads were not good.

The property has great potential considering it has a mall and casino

Cons:

The rooms are old and dirty. The staff is just unfriendly. You cannot even take a bath because the water comes out so slowly. Our room smelt of bad sewerage

The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was nice. The mall is very convenient too, we loved that.

Cons:

The facilities need some work, looked old. The "family room" we got was very small, could not fit our 3-cabin luggage bags. We were very disappointed to say the least.
