Disappointing
Cons:

Breakfast is not including..The staff is so nice and they are attentive.Probably will comeback.

Very disappointing location and room. Not impressed at all.
Pros:

There were no staff to greet us when we arrived. The pictures used in advertising were not of the hotel. There were bugs in the beds and cockroaches in the room. Taps in the bathroom were broken. The TV did not work and needed to be repaired.

Cons:

Not a clean hotel. Lack of staff to provide assistance. No view of anything from the room. Bugs in the room and amenities were not up to standard.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at:

The room smelled musty, and the walls were dirty, even moldy.
Upon arrival at 10 PM, I quickly realized the room hadn’t been cleaned: black hair on the floor, sand on the bath mat, etc. I reported this to a hotel staff member, who started cleaning on the spot.
The toilet paper ran out by the second day, and I had to request more.
The door jammed badly. On the fourth day, it took all my strength to get it open. After reporting it, the door was repaired, but this caused a bigger issue: everything in the room—my iPad, books, clothes, beauty products, the floor, walls, furniture, and sheets—was covered in black dust from the repair work. No one protected my belongings or cleaned up afterward. I spent significant time cleaning my things , then I asees the staff member to handle the rest of the cleaning.
The overall cleanliness was awful. The terrace outside the room was never cleaned either. If it weren’t for the door repair and the dust, the room might not have been cleaned at all during my 7-night stay.

Luckily, the island was stunning—but the hotel was a nightmare.

Exceptional
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, there is everything that you need in the room, also in the kitchen. Great value for money that I paid, it’s very convenient the location, in 2 minutes I arrived on the beach and in 4 minutes I arrived at D’Mall where is everything that you need, shops, restaurants, fresh fruits market.

Pros:

I had a great holiday at Hotel California, the room is spacious, the Smart TV is a plus, and I liked that I was able to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very helpful. I will definitely come back!

We had a pleasant holiday at La Oviedo Villas, the room had a very good A/C, Smart TV, Wi-fi, and there was also a mini refrigerator. The kids enjoyed staying at the patio area!
And we liked that the place has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach was very near, and there are many small stores at the entrance of the hotel, we bought there just snacks, because there is free drinking water provided by the hotel.
It’s a nice place, especially for families.
