value for money new property
Pros:

the place is near isbt & doon University,the place is in nature's lap ,the owner is very friendly took me for a night cricket match where we enjoyed a lot over all it's a value for money place. Also I tried the famous paper thin momos from the famous cafe of dehradun startup cafe which is near buy.will visit again❣️

Best Budget stay in Dehradun for solo bag packs
Pros:

The best part was the location easily accessible near to isbt ,the host was friendly young boy,tool me around on his bike ,Best for solo travelers would recommend if you are planning a short trip to Dehradun.

This property is required to be delisted by the Booking.com & not to misguide clients..
Pros:

Very far from Dehradun Railway Station..
No transportation facilities, auto, taxi, bus, etc available..
Food options not available nearby..
Not to be recommended..
Tariff is also very high considering the above points..
It's of @ Rs.400/- to Rs.500/- Range..

Cons:

There is nothing more to say for betterment since nothing good about this property..
Due to this bad experience, I may stop using this App Booking.com in the near future unless stopped to accept such Properties by the Booking.com..
