Un appartement à la vue magnifique, à la propreté impeccable et très bien équipé. Accueil parfait! Je recommande vivement!

Die Lage der Unterkunft mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartment lässt keine Wünsche für einen erholsamen Urlaub offen. Ankica, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns gute und nützliche Tipps gegeben.
Schön war auch, dass man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand gehen kann. Der Weg dorthin ist zwar etwas steil, aber das glasklare Wasser entschädigt für alles.

Wat een prachtig, mooi, nieuw, sfeervol appartement is dit. Met een geniaal uitzicht. Hier wil ik elke dag wel wakker worden. Zwembad is geweldig, lekker groot en met fijne bedjes en enorme parasols. De keuken is zo compleet en de host had een fles wijn, biertjes, water en fruit voor ons in de koelkast gezet. Zo attent.

Hoe netjes en proper het was. Uitstekende host, heel vriendelijk en kon altijd bij haar terecht. Alles wat je nodig had van faciliteiten van wasmachine tot wasrek etc. Redelijk rustige omgeving, prachtig uitzicht en zwembad met stoelen om tot rust te komen. Kortweg was alles eigenlijk super goed.

Liebe Anika, möchte mich nochmals herzlichst bei dir/euch bedanken, wir waren mehr als zufrieden 👌👌👌.
Es war mitunter einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, die Unterkunft war sensationell schön, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und noch mehr👌👌👌einfach alles super sauber tip top 👌👌👌spitze und die Aussicht jedem Tag herrlich!!!!🤩🤩

Wszystko od lokalizacji, po udogodnienia. Perfekcyjnie czysto, Pani zajmująca się obiektem przemiła i pomocna. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Niczego nie brakowało na mieszkaniu. Widok z balkonu nieziemski.

apartamenty joell spełniają wysokie standardy i oczekiwania. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba, od zmiotki, odkurzacza tabletki do zmywarki po miski do sałatek, otwieracze, żelazko, suszarka do ubrań. Plastikowe ale eleganckie naczynia na basen. Komfort podwyższa cicha klimatyzacja, duży telewizor ( jeśli ktoś ogląda ), grill gazowy, leżaki, stół. W przypadku apartamentu VIS, ogromny taras, szybki dostęp do basenu, siłowni czy sauny. świetne wyposażenie na tarasie, leżaki, stoliczki, parasole. Jakuzzi mogłoby być lepsze, ale wystarczało do relaksu. Trochę głośne. Basen i jakuzzi z lekko słoną wodą, wolałbym słodką, ale przez to pewnie mniej chemii jest zużywane. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze oraz pani zarządzająca obiektem, świetny kontakt, pomocni a przy tym nie nachalni swoją obecnością. Pozdrawiam Pana właściciela serdecznie. na 100% jeszcze tam wrócimy. Okolica Lokva Rogoznica też super, jeszcze nie taka tłoczno jak na innych plażach, świetny beach bar z klimatem, zejście do plaży strome ( jak to w Chorwacji) ale bardzo szybko się pokonuje :) Pozdrawiamy rodzina 2+2 z Polski. :)

Klasse Lage, alles sehr sauber mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besitzer durften wir auch kennen lernen, super nette Leute.

La vue, bel appartement bien équipé, belle piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, accès à la mer, bar de plage.

The apartments are really well equipped, everything has been thought of. The manager of the apartment is very helpful if you need any assistance booking excursions etc. The sauna and small gym beside the pool is a nice extra to have.The beaches below have nice clear water and access to watersports. Do book the zip lining in omis if you have teenagers.

Bardzo piękny apartament ♡ widok z tarasu zapiera dech w piersiach :-) blisko plaża, fakt jest strome zejście ale to w końcu Chorwacja . Ja uwielbiam ten klimat, kamieniste plaże, przede wszystkim NIE ZATŁOCZONE. Tutaj można odpocząć z całą pewnością. Nieduża ilość gości zapewniała dużo prywatności. Basen, sauna, jacuzzi czego chcieć więcej. Lokalizacja jest świetna. Blisko do pobliskich większych miejścowości, Baśka, Makarska, Omis. Pani Ankica bardzo pomocna, mieliśmy awarię samochodu, pomogła nam znaleźć mechanika na miejscu. Mieszkanie, kuchnia wyposażone tak dobrze, że nawet w domu nie mam tylu sprzętów :p Cały pobyt bardzo nam się podobał i chętnie wrócimy ;-)

Wir durften nun schon zum zweiten Mal elf wundervolle Tage im joell Apartment – Unterkunft Hvar verbringen und möchten unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Service der Familie Lindner sowie die großartige Betreuung durch Ankica, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Ihre Fürsorge und Freundlichkeit machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem – vielen Dank dafür! 🍀

Es sind die liebevollen Details, die uns begeistert haben: Ein Willkommensgruß mit frischem Obst und Wein, eine bereits gefüllte Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen, Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle – alles, was man für die ersten Tage braucht, ist da. Auch die Möglichkeit, das Auto direkt vor Ort zu laden, ist ein Plus – auch wenn 0,50 € pro kWh im Vergleich etwas teurer ist.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das eher schwache WLAN bzw. die Internetverbindung in dieser Ecke – aber manchmal tut ein bisschen Digital-Detox ganz gut.

Der Pool ist stets sauber, es gibt immer ausreichend freie Liegen, und der Whirlpool könnte bald eine Fliesenreinigung vertragen – aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt erneut rundum gelungen. Wir danken herzlich für den freundlichen Empfang und die tolle Gastfreundschaft.
Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – es war perfekt!

We loved this place. It's very new and the apartment (Solta) had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on one of the balcony both for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was nice that there was a washing machine. It was possible to dry your clothes out on the balcony and there were lots of clothes pics available. The pool was great and it was never crowded, so we could always get sunbeds and an umbrella. The fitness room is tiny, but I highly appreciate the possibility to work out, while on vacation. The beach is about 15 mins walk away, but I recommend walking 5 minutes more, and you will be at a place where there is a really nice beach bar (and toilet) as well as the possibility to rent jet skis. The lady we were in touch with during our stay, was very helpful and answered any question, we might have. Omis town is a 10-15 mins drive away, and we really enjoyed spending a bit of time there one or two evenings. We also went river raftning, which was a lot of fun for the whole family (mom, dad, two teenageboys)

The building is in a very quiet and peaceful area with amazing views over the sea and islands. The apartment is very well equipped and the balcony along with the pool area is a great place to relax.
The building manager Anika is lovely and very helpful.
The beach is fantastic and has a brilliant bar/cafe. A mini-market that has the essentials is a 10 min walk or 2 min car ride away at the bottom of the hill.

Fantastic apartment with every amenity that you could need! Perfectly equipped, comfortable and an incredible location. The pool, gym & sauna are an added fabulous bonus - plus the path directly to the beach.
Wonderful hosts who were always ready to answer any questions I had, and the fabulous Ankica who was nearby and would respond promptly to help out with anything in the house.

This place is incredible. We spent 2 weeks here and I loved every moment. Mornings on the beach and afternoons at the pool. Both have sufficient shade. The beach also has a small restaurant near the long outcrop that sells sandwiches and fries for takeaway. The apartment itself was great too. Brand new, with comfortable beds, loads of pillows, a nice work space and a well equiped kitchen. If I ever go back, I would stay here again.
