We visited at the end of a long family holiday in the Philippines and the hotel mostly met our expectations.
The pools (which were the main reason for booking the hotel) were fantastic and the the area very clean. Our children finished the holiday by learning to swim in these, which will always be remembered fondly. The pools were a bit 'milky' though (you couldn't see your feet) which meant we had to stay fully attentive with the kids and also search hard for any lost 'sinkies'. It didn't put us off though, and the all the water jets and bubbles were great fun.!
The staff were friendly and attentive. We visited 2 nights (Sat/Sun) before flying back to the UK and the hotel was very quiet which was fine. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet on the Sunday but were a bit disappointed that it was 'a la carte' on the Monday as the kids LOVED the buffet options previously. [Having been restaurateurs and worked in hotels previously we understand the economics of this, but it would have been nice to know in advance]
The room was comfortable and the beds suited us. We couldn't find an information folder in the room on arrival; which would have been useful for wi-fi passwords, safe programming, menus, mealtimes etc etc.
We ate in the restaurant the first night and had lunch by the pool on Sunday. There was a good selection of food on the menu(s) and was good quality, but the service was slow and the plainer dishes on the menu (which our children preferred) were not available. Eventually the kitchen managed to produce some off-menu, 'plain buttered spaghetti', but the process required a trip to speak to manager and a long wait.
Overall, we would return - mainly for the pools.

The water in bathroom does not heat up fast. Takes 20 minutes to heat.
The staff were very accommodating, the pool was large and a good way to cool off and the food at the restaurant was very good. Beds were comfortable.
The location was far from shopping, attractions and other restaurants. There was no hot water in the shower. The room door was flimsy and did not fit the door frame which allowed hallway light to filter in to the room. Although there were extensive options for Filipino food, it would have been nice to have different options like pasta, pizza or sandwiches. Granted they didn’t have a pastry chef, it shouldn’t have stopped them from serving some dessert. The incidental expenses required a cash deposit instead of a credit card hold. For their price point I expected more. They have potential but still a bit far from attaining luxury status.

It was a beautiful stay. Two nights in an ultra clean, recently updated hotel. Superb shower, spacious room, and extras like towels being given upon entry to the pool area for each of us were really decent welcome touches.
Staff were attentive, kind and helpful.
The beds can fit a family of 4 with 2 parents and 2 kids. They have a pool for both adults and kids.
Not much but since we stayed there during non-peak season, they didn’t have a buffet breakfast since the guests staying at the hotel didn’t meet the minimum number for buffet breakfast. They still served a plated breakfast though and it was okay.
Nice location. The facilities are new. Friendly Staff who go above and beyond.
The elevators weren't working yet. (The hotel was in soft opening when we stayed).
When you're in the stairwell, the floor indicators get covered/blocked by the doors when they're left open.
