Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit hervorragendem Ausblick auf Oberstdorf, die Schanze und nicht zu vergessen das Nebelhorn, mitten im Skigebiet und die Bushaltestelle fußläufig 300 m entfernt. Besser geht es nicht.

Cons:

Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da ein Schönheitsfehler (unterschiedliche Farbtöne an der Wand oder ein Deckenputzfehler)
