Very disappointing.
Pros:

Location great.

Cons:

Pillows and quilt on one of the beds smelt badly of urine. Contacted owners afterwards who advised me I should have just contacted them at the time I realised. However we was at the prison nearby for a paranormal night and didn’t get in until after 2am. No way of contacting people at that time.
Asked for a resolution afterwards and had no response since.

Overall, a pleasant and satisfactory stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Very convenient.

Cons:

The clinliness could be better. The floor under beds was quite dirty and there was a sticky residue inside of some of the cups in the room.

Earlier I messaged them to tell them that, I would be arriving between 23.00, and mind, they messaged back saying ok. I arrived at 23.35, there were no lights on, so I banged on the doors and windows , but no answer, so I had to get a taxi home, which was very expensive. (It. Was a Friday night).

The room was dirty, shelf for the toilet paper was hanging off. Shower didn’t drain well flooded into the room, limescale on shower hose, rubbish in the bedside table, no milk in coffee area, fire alarm capped off, hairs on the floor, rubbish under the bed

The sink in the bathroom was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, the shelf in the bathroom was coming away from the wall, I had to put the sheet back on my bed as it wasn’t put on properly

Pros:

Turn right out of the station just across the road which is fantastic location walking distance close to attractions in town. Warm friendly reception into the cosy, atmospheric pub, great music and lovely staff helpful and nice . Room was cosy & warm.Thank you very much enjoyed my stay ;)
