Windows screwed shut mini sink on top of the toilet key code does not work on front door
The excellent location of the property with easy access to both the train station and the town centre. It was also very quiet too.

Over priced dirty toilet around the rim freezing cold shower bed uncomfortable to be woken by fire alarm no proper drill no staff on site had to call the manger and wait 20 minutes to arrive the could of been burnt down having worked in this industry for 15 years this is like the hotel of horror customer all came down but no fire register must be a law in this £89 a night wouldn’t give you £9 a night and I really would like a refund as I feel very unsafe in there and won’t be back

Hard to get access, room not very clean, no hot water in ensuite bathroom, design of building meant that from my window I could see someone else in their room. Light didn't work, bed soft and spongy..

fortunati a trovare persone che lavavano le scale per farsi dare la chiave se no c’era un citofono cui persino un inglese arrivato dopo di noi non riusciva a farsi capire..bagno con tocco di desig, lavandino integrato alla vaschetta del wc..la stanza doveva avere il balcone e invece no..nessuna aria condizionata
Very conveniently placed right next to the train station, decent value for money
No staff or a reception so you have to rely on the owner texting you details - no information about checking in and out - noise from windows was mega loud even when closed - very squeaky metal beds - not the cleanest but ok if you are not squeamish about showers

The bedding and towels were clean.
It was a DIY project. Very small room. The blinds were broke, no curtains. The bed had a metal frame, you breathed, it creaked loudly. Its a toilet / basin combination unit, we could not reach to wash our face or clean our teeth. There was no mirror at all in the bedroom, so could not style my hair. No dressing table. No sanitary bin in the bathroom. No bath mat so floor was wet. Plug socket came away from wall. There was a green light on the ceiling the size of a brick, presumably a safety light. This made the room very bright all night. It's all newly done but very badly done. Paint colours were an odd choice and the corridor smelt of weed. No-one to speak to on exit, only a drop box for key, at least we think it was as there was no sign. The outside of the building was red and run down and our first thoughts were that we hoped that wasn't our hotel sadly it was !!
