Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, but a very disappointing experience

The setting is beautiful, and the breakfast was pleasant. However, several things went wrong during our short stay.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing.

At dinner, I ordered sea bass, but the fish was unfortunately undercooked and had to be returned to the kitchen. My partner had already started eating her meal, and I eventually received my replacement dish approximately 40 minutes later. We therefore ended up eating separately during what was supposed to be a special anniversary dinner.

The room was also extremely hot, around 35°C, with no air conditioning. The lighting was not working properly either. A fan was provided, but I unfortunately became unwell the following day.

Considering the price of the accommodation and the fact that we spent approximately €600 at the hotel in less than 24 hours, we expected a much better overall experience.

The following morning, we enjoyed the breakfast and the surroundings. We also visited the hotel shop and spent approximately €150 there. We had planned to use a SUP on the lake, but because of the extreme heat we ultimately decided not to do the activity.

After leaving the hotel, we were contacted regarding the SUP, as the hotel had not been informed that we had changed our plans. More surprisingly, we were also contacted because the hotel could not find the approximately €200 cash payment for our restaurant ni bill.

I had paid the bill in cash and provided the invoice number and all the relevant details. After their internal investigation, the hotel ultimately told me that they accepted my statement that the bill had been paid, although they could not locate the payment in their administration.

I understand that misunderstandings and administrative issues can happen. What disappointed me most was the overall way the situation was handled, particularly after an already disappointing stay.

We contacted the hotel and explained everything in detail, hoping for a reasonable goodwill gesture considering the circumstances.

Totale entspannung
Pros:

Super Lage – perfekt, wenn man Wassersport betreiben möchte. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Umgebung. Die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön: morgens beim Aufstehen den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen und abends den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen, ist wirklich traumhaft. Eine tolle Atmosphäre und absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas spärlich. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher in der Wohnung wären wünschenswert. Ein Kühlschrank ist zwar etwas weiter entfernt vorhanden, aber nicht direkt in der Wohnung.

Die Umgebung war toll, hat uns für die Unterkunft entschädigt!

Die Lage war phänomenal - rund um die Unterkunft Wasser, Wasser Wasser. Eine SuperLocation für Server un d Co.
Leider nicht für ältere Leute. Sollte besser bekannt gemacht werden, damit man sich nicht verbucht!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer, kaum Komfort, schlechte Betten, kein Schrank, kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon, keine Kühlmöglichkeit für kleine Getränke bzw. Snacks (Schokolade)

Zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage der Hütten ist klasse. Direkt am Wasser und nur wenige Meter von den Sportaktivitäten entfernt. Trotz der nahen Lage zum Zentrums des Treibens ist es schön ruhig und gemütlich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Cons:

Leider hat mir persönlich ein Fernsehgerät in der Hütte gefehlt. Das ist aber wie gesagt, rein persönlich. Was auch zu verbessern wäre sind die Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste der Hütten. Häufig findet man nur eine Parkmöglichkeit recht weit entfernt, da die näher gelegenen Parkplätze von Tageskunden belegt sind.
