Great location, amazing view, walking distance to Broadway on the Beach. Starbucks and Ben&Jerrys across the street.

The pools were somehow sketchy. Hair balls on the bottom……

Worth the $$
Pros:

Would definitely book again! Right on the beach, so many pools and Jacuzzi to use. There's a waterslide/pool/ and another Jacuzzi next door you can use also. My kids loved it all. The place was clean, the host was great! She helped us in all the ways needed, from getting in the room, where to park, etc.

Pros:

Stove and oven was dirty. The Ironing board was broken. And the window leading to the apt had no blinds or shades so all the light came through. It was very hard to sleep. Apparently this was due to renovations.

Fantastic Host!!
Pros:

This host is fantastic! I can’t say enough about how she bent over backwards to ensure we had a good trip and were satisfied. Would love to book with her again in the future!

It was a great space for a long weekend
Pros:

The view of the ocean was exceptional! The space was perfect for a long weekend. Walking distance or short Uber ride to anything you wanted.

Cons:

Very busy property, felt crowded, couldn’t use the pool area because of congestion. The beach area was also very crowded and the chair and umbrella charges were not discounted for hotel guests and at 50.00 for two chairs that added an unplanned expense to the trip.

Pros:

The room was updated and clean. The property where the room was located was dirty, very outdated, the guests around us were smoking pot on their balconies and in the pool areas. Hot tubs and multiple pools weren’t working on various days throughout the week. A child drown in the pool. The people working on property stood around while guests called 911 and performed cpr. The people working there didn’t know where the defibrillator was kept and stated they didn’t have one when in fact they did.

Fantastic stay! I would stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

Right on the beach, lots of pools, lazy river and a slide. Plenty of parking, and had Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and a restaurant right there.

Cons:

Needs more light in the living room. Another lamp would help.
