Not value of money-Poorly maintained and very interior location
Pros:

Staff and owner behaviour, exterior of the hotel and cafeteria. Service was prompt and fast,

Cons:

1. Location- It is 7 kms from the Maa Kamakhya Temple, but it will be very difficult to get any public transport (Cab/Auto). It is in a very interior locality, and the locality is also not well known, with narrow roads and potholes. Ola/Uber/Rapido will charge you anything, as they are not aware of the locality.
2. Cleaningness- Found a few bedbugs on the shelf of the room. The quilt was not cleaned at all. I had to ask them to change.
3. Food- The quality of food was below average.
4. Hotel helpline number- The hotel helpline number is the owner's number. So it's difficult to get it when you needed.

A proper boutique hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful which made our stay comfortable and tension free.

Cons:

Although located in a proper residential area, a little far from the city centre. But cabs can be easily booked.

The customer care system is technically erroneous leaving only what's app option without scope to communicate individual problems. Even after an advanced payment, my booking was cancelled. After several tries I was able to communicate and came to know that payment for early check-in requests and advanced payment to confirm booking had been overlapping leading to the consequences...

When there is not enough case for example in your hand making too structured management makes things complicated
