Great location, very clean room, but communication with the hotel staff could have been better.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the room itself was very nice. It was hot while we were there so it was really nice to have air conditioning.

Cons:

The communication was poor. There was a fire alarm on one night and nobody returned our calls or emails or VRBO app messages. We waited outside with no communication on when it was safe to go back in. We finally went back in on our own. we received an email the next day but I was frustrated that nobody from the hotel called us back or came to the hotel to tell us it was safe to go back in. Also, it was small and the wheelchair lift was not working so it was not very accommodating to someone who has a bad knee and stairs are hard (You have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the elevator).

Good location and great stay!
Pros:

It’s very central and close to everything!!! They put a welcome note that has recommendations on where to eat and shop which was great! Room is spacious and big bathroom as well! Amnesties for the bathroom is great , they empty the bin everyday which was a plus! Best accommodation we’ve had so far while travelling around Europe! Would def be back next time we’re in Portugal !

Cons:

The fridge still hums after we turned off from the main switch which was annoying but we’ve lived with it in the end!
