Me hospedaria novamente com certeza
Pros:

O quarto é amplo, bem limpo, as camas são confortáveis, travesseiros bons, banheiro ótimo. A localização é bem no centro, apesar do intenso movimento, o quarto é silencioso.

Cons:

tem um lance de escadas antes do elevador, então se tiver muitas malas ou peso, será uma dificuldade. Outra coisa. carro não acessa a rua, então precisa descer do uber etc com mala na rua e dar a volta na quadra.

Pros:

Great location right on Rossio Square, but you don’t hear any of the noise from the street. Straightforward check in process.

Cons:

Access wasn’t ideal, you have to walk up a steep flight of stairs before you get to the lift which isn’t the easiest if you have cases or like us, are travelling with a baby. It also felt very bare bones while staying; the rooms are clean but the fittings are basic and felt flimsy, and the lack of reception desk means you can only contact the hotel via WhatsApp or calling. When I needed to do this, the response was slow and wasn’t the most helpful.
