Good value for money
Pros:

Place is safe, near the central train station, walking distance from old town.

Cons:

I hope the management could consider spending a little on toilet bowl cleaning products to remove the thick yellow stains inside the toilet bowls, as they are unpleasant to look at and affect the overall cleanliness of the restrooms.

Pros:

The accommodation was in a great location, close to the central station and downtown Munich. The staff was very friendly and helped me right away when I ran into some difficulties upon arrival. The small kitchen inside the room was also good for my short stay. The room was a bit cold, but there was a small heater available, so no problem with that.

Cons:

Overall, the accommodation could be better maintained; the shared bathrooms aren't cleaned regularly. The beds aren’t comfortable, and the noise (from the street and inside) can be a problem if you’re a light sleeper (they provide earplugs in the room). The accommodation is okay for a quick stay of one or two nights. The place has a lot of potential if improvements are made.

Nice hotel, but need better lightning.
Pros:

This is a nice hotel with accommodating staff. They were kind enough to let me switch (and upgrade for free) to a nicer, fresher smelling room because the first room had such a deep cigarette smoke to it.

Cons:

Well, the main thing I would change is the lighting in the room. My room had a ceiling florescent light, not very warm at all. It would have been nice to have had a lamp next to the bed, but there was no nightstand there. Even a lamp on top of the eating table would have been nice. Another thing was there was only one electric outlet, just inside the front door. Which probably explains no lamps either. You had to walk across the room to plug your phone in. And although no fault of the hotel, there was so much damn construction going on outside. Also, word of caution, there are no elevators in this hotel. So you would need to climb up to three flights of stairs (with your luggage).

Boulangerie aussi.
Prix est correct.

Cons:

Chauffage ne fonctionne peu (il fait froid en nuit), j'ai pris un radiateur électrique dans l'escalier.
Odeur de la chambre (celui qui ont déjà fumé)...

Pros:

Location was great and near the main station. Lots of good food in the area. Room was clean but quite small.

Cons:

* Beds were very very soft.
* Two mornings out of three the shared showers were cold
* The toilet seat was broken in the shared bathroom. Potentially dangerous as it could slip sideways.
