The location of the property was perfect and very convenient for exploring Munich. Additionally, the bathroom was clean upon arrival.

Cons:

No Hot Water: There was no hot water in the bathroom for the duration of the stay.
• Poor Communication: When I reached out to the owner regarding the hot water, I was completely ignored.
• Inadequate Bedding: Despite it being -7°C outside, there were no proper blankets provided—only thin covers that were not suitable for winter.
• Lack of Facilities: There was no bidet. Instead, there was a garden-style hose (spray wand) which was not an appropriate substitute.

Building does not have a lift.
Heater got switched off automatically during cold nights. Shared bathroom does not have hand shower.
