Value for money but some big compromises for this
Pros:

- Staff were kind and friendly
- Location good but sketchy
- Price good compared to AirBnB
- Internet exceptional
- Toilet paper was provided
- Small, basic kitchenette (no microwave or coffee maker).
- Towels & earplugs provided
- Bed comfortable
- A fan was provided
- TV has Netflix
- Dishwashing liquid provided
- Small fridge & two ring hob worked okay, fridge not cool enough
- Launderette across Road. Bring cash as the machine outside charges €5.95 just to withdraw cash 💴
- Check in/out easy process

Cons:

- Shared bathrooms not cleaned and urine on floor just left! BRING FLIP FLOPS
- I noted the bathroom was cleaned Monday and then I noticed the sheet that indicates cleaning has been done & this had not been completed rest of the week
- Bathroom floor pools with water. A broom to push water into the outlet would help this problem
- Bathrooms had no soap for days/nothing replenished
- Very noisy room by road, noise at all hours - people shouting, car noise and horns (ear plugs kindly provided)
- No lift/elevator
- People smoke by entrance day and night
- People smoke in their rooms, it wafts into the communal hallway and to bathrooms
- Small flat inadequate pillow, very uncomfortable and impacted my sleep
- Room was very hot (even with fan on & window open)

A pleasant stay for two nights, with great access to all city areas via nearby tram stations.
Pros:

Very good value for the relatively cheap cost.

Room was clean, dry, and warm.

Great tram and bus network allowing access to whole city within a 5 minute walk.

Old town is only 15 minute walk from hotel. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Roadside noise next to hotel was the only real negative, due to building works starting early in the morning as well.

Pros:

Tesis konum olarak çok iyidi, oda tertemizdi, mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz ve yeterliydi.

Cons:

Tesiste asansör yok fakat geniş merdivenleri olduğu için inmekte yada çıkmata sorun yaşamazsınız. Konumun çevresinde toplu bir inşaat çalışması olduğu için sabah erken saatlerde çok gürültü oldu. Klima olmadığı oda sıcaktı. cam açık tutuğumuzda da çok gürültü geliyor odanın içine.

Week-end entre amis
Pros:

Très bonne situation entre la gare et le centre ville de Münich.
Possibilité de faire ces distances à pied sans problème.
Check-in et check-out très rapide.
Café, thé et boissons soft à disposition.

Cons:

La literie est assez basique.
Le mobilier est globalement assez basique également.
Pas possible de prendre 4 douches à la suite, la capacité du boiler d'eau chaude étant limitée.
Les chambres donnent sur une cour à priori tranquille, avec deux espaces aménagés en terrasse juste à côté des fenêtres des chambres. Dans notre cas, les logeurs de l'appartement voisin ont pris possession de leur espace à 7h00, nous réveillant.

la posizione è comoda perché è vicina alla stazione. il bagno era pulito , forse si potrebbe fare un turno di polizia in più perché la gente non sempre è pulitissima.

Cons:

essendo vicino alla stazione è pieno di gente sospetta. la mensola del bagno con i vasi e fiori era piena di polvere. la porta di camera nostra non sembrava che si chiudesse benissimo. non c'è l'aria condizionata.

Pros:

Wir sind als Reisegruppe angereist, 2 Erwachsene und 8 Jugendliche. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche, Aufmerksamkeiten und eine solide, saubere, günstige Unterkunft in guter, zentrumsnaher Lage! Auch die Lautstärke, die in anderen Bewertungen kritisiert wird, ist uns nicht negativ aufgefallen. Man muss die Fenster zum Schlafen halt schließen, dann hört man auch Nichts. Natürlich sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man für diesen günstigen Preis kein Luxus-Ressort bezieht, das ist doch selbstverständlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank!
