Ár-érték arányban megfelelő.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen volt. Közel a part a sétáló utca, éttermek, boltok. Jó, hogy volt parkoló is az apartmanhoz.

Cons:

Sajnos nem tartozott napernyő és napágy a strandon az apartmanhoz.

Residence a 100 mt dal mare e vicinissimo alla via commerciale. Acquario di Cattolica a 5 minuti a piedi. Appartamento insonorizzato e con ogni confort per il soggiorno. Staff gentilissimo.

Lovely self-catering apartments in Cattolica
Pros:

Spacious apartment with two balconies, comfortable beds and air conditioning. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave and everything you need, except for the kettle. Spacious bathroom, good water pressure (our room was on the third floor). There is a warm hydro-massage Jacuzzi on the roof, suitable for bad weather. They have an elevator and safes in the rooms. Wi-Fi is stable and we had a smart TV in our room. Accommodation with pets is free of charge. Very friendly staff, helpful with any questions. Bicycles are offered free of charge, which is very convenient for evening trips or trips to the nearest supermarkets. The parking is 10-12 minutes walk, but there is a free quick transfer to the parking and back by golf car (ask at the reception). It is literally 2 minutes to the beach, the nearest beach is well equipped (although, like almost all local beaches, it is paid - 25...30 euros per day). The nearest free beach is about 10-12 minutes walk, but it is narrow and close to the mouth of the river. Within walking distance there is a local supermarket Coal (Lidl, IN's & CONAD are a little further away), several small clothing stores and water/fruit/vegetables are very close.

Cons:

There is a railway nearby, and at night with the window open it is noisy (in addition, there are mosquitoes), with the windows closed - no problem. Every Thursday, a disco is held in a neighboring building, which lasts until midnight, even closed doors will not save from this noise. It can be problematic with small children. There is no kettle (we knew about it and brought our own). Wi-Fi was out for 24 hours in the last 24 hours. In general, these are all minor details)
